Works great in my high ph, R/O water rdwc and ebb and flo set ups

My city tap water is almost 10 after R/O if I take it from the tap because of the softener (lower from the spigot outside) and I need it around 6. This works well so far.

Works great for hydro system

I have owned one of these for 4 or 5 years now and just bought another one to control low PH. Now I have low and high ph control all automatically. I run a 35/45 gal. reservoir . They work great for the money

Horrible design

Very poor design. They made the attachment for the pump unit look like a regular 120volt plug in so I plugged it in. Burned out the sending unit that powers the pump . I am now out the entire cost of the kit. I am not even going to attempt to get another one. Why would anyone make such an idiotic design flaw?

Great cost effective unit, does it's job and does it well.

I have 2 of these for maintaining a couple of hydro setups. It works just fine if your not a dummy and know what the plug receptacle is for. The Milwaukee mc122 comes with a receptacle on it for the m c 720 dosimeter to plug into. When your pH falls out of range if you have it set above 6. 0 it will be in trigger that receptacle to kick on and it will turn on the dosing meter to put your pH Down in your water. It is a fairly simple setup. The only thing you will have to do is to check the pH meter every now and then until it settles. I had to check mine every two weeks for the first two months and it adjust the pH calibration on the unit. It is very easy to do. This unit is much better than spending $500 on the competitor. I'm fixing to order another one so when pH Falls too far down then it will pump pH Up into my reservoir. I want my pH levels to stay in between 5. 8 and 6. 0
