Parts Roulette
I needed to rebuild my 2HP Aqua-Flow XP2 wet end 91041820, which I last did in 2012. No big deal, but with the parts running $45 and the entire wet end running $65, I thought I'd save myself the trouble. Time is money, right? Well unfortunately, what I received did not match the picture. The first part I received was a 91040820, which is an easy mistake (off by one number), but regardless this is a 2" MBT fitting and not a 3", so it's not even close to correct. The second was a 91040730 - not even close! I just gave up and rebuilt my wet end with new parts.

Works on XP2 pump.
I needed this for my 48y XP2 (not XP2E) pump. It is working just fine. I had asked this question prior to purchase and someone answered they had to send it back. Just make sure your pump is a 48y and not the 56y. 48y measures 5 5/8 inches across the rear plate of the motor (not the wet end). Also the through bolts for the 48y will have 1/4 inch heads. I got this info from Youtube videos from the Spa Guy. Good Luck.

Don't buy. Cheap plastic a d arrived broken. Because I wasnt replacing right away any chance to return expired.
