Looks Fabulous

Great quality! I love this set and I enjoy eating off it. It is Mikasa, the real thing! The set is heavy and not light weight, and pictures of my meals on it looks stunning.

Very pleased with my new dinnerware and the great delivery to my door.

Delivery was perfect! Came on time and was brought right to my door so I wouldn't have to try and lift an extremely heavy box! That allowed me to unload, a bit at a time, what I could safely handle into the house. And most of all, I was delighted to find that every dish was in perfect condition. Again, I'm very pleased with my new dinnerware & delivery.

Arrived broken.

Nice dinnerware set, but various pieces arrived broken. Replacing them through Mikasa was a hassle also. They wanted photos for each broken piece, all in one photo and have a list of documentation you must provide and send back each broken item. I had so many shards and pieces it became ridiculous to send them back. EDIT: unreasonable customer service, I gave up on the demands of their shipping back of plates that ARRIVED BROKEN. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced to solve an issue that was no fault of my own. I will NEVER do business with Mikasa again! Zero stars.

Beautiful

This set is everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful, and strong. They do not look or feel cheap. These dishes have a nice weight to them. While they are a little heavy, they are not as heavy as my old set of plain ceramics. I love the that they are not bright white, but are a creamy white. Pretty for every day, and I would be happy to use them for dinner guests. I use mine for my every day. So far they are holding up very well to the daily grind. With a family of five, they get a lot of use. No scrapes from forks or knives, and they do just fine in the dishwasher. I have a feeling that these are going to last my family for many years, and I plan on adding more from this pattern to my collection.

I've wanted these dishes for years. I finally found them for a great price! They shipped quickly and were well packaged. None were broken or chipped. They hold up well in the dishwasher and with everyday use. Plus, they're classic and stylish. So glad I bought them!

These dishes are just a beautiful creamy white! Never use my good China anymore so wanted something that could dress up or down and this certainly fits the bill. Have had matching soup bowls for over 10 years and they are still perfect!

very nice dinner wear set- BUT I am missing one bowl????

Love the dishes, arrived on time..... BUT i only have 7 bowls. I would have given a 5 but I have checked box and counted numerous times and short a bowl...... AND MIKASA said its amazons issue . Other purchases have a link to report seller-- not this one. If there are issues with your order -good luck getting it resolved.
