Great
Heavy duty and will be a bit larger than you typically see with the one wheel. It is on a standard 5x8 utility trailer with 12 inch wheels from Lowes and at the lowest it keeps the trailer tilted a few degrees. If your vehicle hitch is 12 inches or lower, you may not be able to lower all the way down to the hitch ball. But for the cost and heavy duty feeling, would get again.

Easily the best value
Am happy overall with this hitch. Concerned that it was half the price of some hitches but if you pay attention during the installation you should be fine. Be sure to use it on a square or rectangular trailer frME, not cylindrical. Orient the mounting plate lengthwise on the hitch otherwise it will not fit properly. Do not overtighten the channel bars on the other side of the mounting plate or they will deform. Take off plastic cap and add a bunch of grease to the gears. The wheels and gears seem heavy duty but time will tell.

Very well made
I bought it to replace a bent flip down leg on a log splitter. Admittedly a bit of overkill, this jack leg worked very well. The multiple holes on the mounting plate gave a wide selection of frame sizes to mount to while tightly bracketing the frame. The large diameter bolts can support a lot of weight, this jack is by no means flimsy, things a tank. I found the swing pivot to be tight and sturdy and the spring loaded lock pin very sturdy and easy to operate. The wheels are a hard plastic meant for roads and concrete surfaces not dirt or gravel. Honestly trying to push small diameter wheels in dirt or gravel does not work, they would plow not roll No matter what they are made for. Very pleased with this purchase, a winner worth more than I paid for it. Quality item
