Great fun for beginners and experienced alike

Kind of tough writing a review on such a personal product but here it goes. I'm a widower in his late 60s and still sexually active. I'm a bisexual and since my wife passed away have had few partners and of those only a couple who enjoy anal sex. I enjoy anal as well as did my wife and during my years have experienced some great anal and of course not so great. That old saying there's no such thing as bad sex doesn't apply to butt. During my marriage my wife and I had a good collection of toys including some made just for anal. These however were tossed while downsizing to an apartment. Missing the, of what I feel a very pleasant practice, I decided to try to find some replacements for those lost toys. Going online I typed ANAL SEX TOYS FOR MEN. Low and behold I must have found at least a 150 web sites and Amazon showed up an amazing assortment. I just followed the link and was brought right into the Amazon sex toys section. All I can say is WOW! I was and still am surprised at the available selection they offer. I do have a suggestion though. Don't go to the Amazon site and type in sex toys. I find that for some reason Amazon includes just about everything under the sun that doesn't even resemble any sex toys. I think I looked at every toy available that you can stick up your butt under the sun. The either match or beat the variety and prices of the regular toy stores for adults. I got carried away and actually ordered everything from a prostate massager to a couple of flexible dildos which I'll review as well. Now Amazon offers quite a few anal beads products. For those who aren't in the know, anal beads are typically the first thing you want to purchase to start your experimentations. The usually are smaller in length as well as diameter. Oh yes, they do indeed make very large one as well. After viewing and then looking at the customer reviews I chose this 9 beaded one. Glad I did. Pictures never do justice to the item being sold. Either the product never is the same looking when you receive it or it always smaller or bigger pictured. Actually this is the same with all sex toy sellers. It's really a crap shoot and you can only keep your fingers crossed that the item will look even similar. This item did not disappoint in any way as it is exactly what is pictured and described and in fact much better in my opinion. The item is packaged nicely in a plastic pull apart unit and very discretely in a standard Amazon outer box and comes with Amazon fulfilling the sale. To boot it is part of Amazon Prime if you are a member. Now on to the anal beads. The item is all black and made out of what I believe to be silicone. This means no silicone based lubricant. I mention that as you should never attempt any anal penetration without lube. LUBRICANT IS A NECESSITY and if you're new to anal there is no such thing as enough. So you might want to consider purchasing some at the same time you order. Amazon has a great selection of personal lubricants. Search under PERSONAL LUBRICANTS . Again make sure it's a water based product and may I suggest in liquid form instead of a cream. You'll most likely be a bit weary of the length of this unit as it is longer than most on the market. Remember at first you don't have to use the entire length and it isn't necessary. Another thing you'll notice is all all the beads are of the same diameter. Most others start out with a small diameter and increase in size whith each bead. I guess this is to make insertion easier. This unit has perfectly space beads with a total of 8 round beads and a single bluntly pointed first bead. Of course this is to make insertion easier. At the end of the toy is a rather large ring made of the same silicone. The ring is important, very important, as it serves as a stopping point if and when you get to full insertion as well as the way to pull the toy out when finished with play. Never go deeper and try to insert the ring as many an emergency room visit has been made to retrieve a toy that went a bit too far. At this point I want to warn all those who enjoy anal play. Always use a toy with some kind of bottom that prevents the item from slipping too far into the rectum. When you become experienced enough any toy or any other items can slip into the area known as the Sigmoid Colon, the entry to the large intestine. You must know that the rectum and anus unlike the vagina and penis produces no natural lubricant. This makes it mandatory for artificial lube. Never use any household products like cooking oil, lard, baby oils or even petroleum jelly. They are slippery but not water soluble and will stay in the rectum causing an enema affect for quite awhile. I have found that dipping the entire bead section into the lubricant is more efficient than rubbing the lubricant on the anus. Remember this toy is going further up your butt than anything that most likely has been there before. Starting out very slowly insert the tapered end into your anus. I find the best position for this is laying on your side with one leg moved forward. You'll encounter some resistance at the beginning but just keep inserting the toy slowly with a bit of pressure and soon the resistance passes and doesn't feel as uncomfortable. Yes in the beginning it will feel uncomfortable but if you encounter any pain do not force the toy any further. Pull it out, take a deep breath, relube the toy and slowly try again. Remember for years that this hole was used for outward motion only. It will take some time. Once the first bead is through then gently push another bead in followed by another and another. If all goes well you will notice that the feeling isn't all that bad and most likely begin to feel pretty good which is a bit weird but still satisfying. In the beginning don't expect to get the whole 9 beads up into the rectum. More than likely if you can than either you're a natural or something has been up there before. Remove and lube liberally the reinsert. In just a few minutes the new act will be almost the same as regular sex. When completely done for the session it's time for cleaning the toy. Because using water based lubricant cleaning is as simple as soap and water. I use a disinfecting hand soap and hot hot water. That's all there is to it. Either you have found a new pleasure or you hated the whole experience. If you have a partner it can even be most pleasurable. I have found that most men will kind of put up some resistance until their first experience. I find it's a great masturbation method as the toy if inserted just about 4 to 5 inches rubs against the prostate ( the P spot ) and often causes fantastic orgasms. My wife alway commented that having a toy in her butt while being vaginally penetrated seem to hit her G spot making for her better orgasms. Now with all the pleasure this toy can bring I must list one drawback. The toy is very flexible and thus makes insertion a little difficult. I found that instead of using the ring to push the beads in it was much easier to hold each individual bead and insert that way. Being experienced I was able to get all 9 inches inserted and into the Sigmoid Colon. This to me is one of the greatest sexual pleasures you will ever experience.. This toy is a great beginners unit as well as a great unit for the experienced who enjoy deeper penetration. For those just starting out and have questions or doubt there are plenty of articles on the web about anal sex. One of the best I have read is the one written by Cosmopolitan Magazine. I purchased the product at full price without discount, receiving it free and without any payment for the review.

Good length, beads too small and too close together.

Made with soft silicone they are easy to clean. The design however looks better than they are in practice. The string is quite long which is nice, but because the beads are fairly small and close together, pulling them out feels more like pulling out a long string rather than a set of beads.

Not bad for the price

It's sturdy, the beads are properly smooth- no weird molding edges that might scratch. I was thinking it'd be a touch wider, but for the price tag, I'm happy.

these are long, which is probably why you are buying them. they also feel like real silicone, which is probably the other reason you are buying them. they aren't big but they aren't tiny, good for someone who has played a little in the back yard before. not for someone super experienced. they might be nicer they were graduated in size? they are just long enough that they really really fill you if you take all of them.

Nice but could be better.

This toy has the usual good quality of workmanship and material that Master Series items are known for. I was hoping for a tad more stiffness for ease of insertion. Would also like it more if balls / beads increased in diameter. Still fun but not at the top of the list.

WOW Nice

I have used this now for a long time, and the quality is just the best. The silicone will not rip, I have put it through a SANI cycle in the dishwasher a few times - no melting, there's no smells or dyes, compatible with different kinds of lube, has a great surface finish that reduces friction. One bead from the last, it is entering my transverse colon - Perfect size for me. Not too girthy, since its going a fair ways in. Highly recommended for a beginner or novice.

Nice quality, length and size for beginner's

I am experienced in anal play, like fairly big toys, guess I thought these would be bigger reading the reviews though I should have realized 25 mm is the size of your knuckle on your index finger and not an inch like I pictured, which is small for exp people, it went in easy, barely felt the bumps but knew they were there barely, gave it a few ins and outs but no stars or explosions came along like I have heard from other products, might be good for walking around the house or kegal type stuff but haven't tried that yet. Buy if you're a beginner or just looking for comfortable depth stuff or warming up, went about 9" in without trying, no tummy pressure like bigger toys.

Great quality

I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re just starting with anal play but the material is super smooth so you can get away with it. Longer than I was expecting too but wasn’t too overwhelming
