Cat Litter
I love to add these to my cat litter! If I’m completely honest, I think they’re overpriced for what they do, but I do keep coming back to them. I use them in conjunction with charcoal bits and I do notice a difference when I go without them. I don’t rather my cats don’t mind them, enjoy the limiting of odors, or are just used to it. That being said, I’ve gone with/without this product and all of my cats (if various ages), over the years have had no problem adjusting. I will say that if I use either this or the charcoal exclusively (mixed into the litter), I don’t get the same results. It’s also not a miracle solution but, for me, every little bit of added odor-reduction that doesn’t bother my kitties is very valuable. For what it’s worth, I also use baking soda in the litter box and I feel this product works best when, not only combined with the other two, but also when it is lightly mixed/layered with the litter (until the cats do their thing and that seems to distribute it appropriately). If I’m emptying my litter boxes entirely and re-doing them, I use at least a full container (using less does not yield the same results) and that is where I’m uncertain rather it is worth the price.

Ok
Have used in multiple tanks for years. Seems to work, but not the most economical.

Good product and price
No complaints, it keeps ammonia controlled. Replace it about once a month. Recommend this product

Absorbs foul odors ...including the stench of a dead cat
I used to purchase this in larqer quantities and would place in the center current of my stream...I had a long staged series of pools cascading down a hill...there were fish...rotting leaves...things that made a lot of ammonia and nitrogenous waste...this in a good quantity soaks that foul smelling muck up...preventing algae blooms..helping the oxygen level...and so forth...it's a good product. My current water feature had grown mucky...so I cleaned it...put in a quantity of this...and it's smelling good...crystal clear. No algae blooms. Thank you..

Perfect for cat litter boxes
Add this to your cat litter box and the urine smell disappears. Doesn’t harm cats (of course)… I use maybe 1/8 container per litter box for 2 huge cats (18.5 pound and 17.5 pound boys). So much better than all the air fresheners and filters that don’t work!

Solved my ammonia problem giving aquarium time to cycle
I tried EVERYTHING trying to lower ammonia levels in my aquarium getting it to cycle. The nitrogen cycle kept stalling out and restarting because the ammonia levels were too high. I use Seachem Stability, Prime, Ammonia Guard, and various API products similar to the Seachem products. I had to do partial water changes multiple times a day trying to keep the ammonia levels down. And by down I mean under 8 ppm, which is WAY too high (I know). My free ammonia level was "safe" but total ammonia was constantly through the roof. (I understand cycling with fish is frowned upon but I didn't have much choice.) I finally gave in and decided to try this even though I read so many things saying not to. I wish I had turned to this sooner! I put it in a bag directly in the tank so I could change it easier (I have a canister filter so it's a little complicated getting into the filter). I only used enough to bring the total ammonia level down to about 2 ppm because I wanted to be sure there was enough left for the bacteria to "eat". After about 2 weeks the ammonia level was down to 0 ppm! I took half of the zeolite out, waited a day and tested again. Still 0 ppm. Took all the zeolite out and the ammonia level is still at 0 ppm. It's been well over a month and the ammonia is still down without the zeolite. I think this helped bring the ammonia down to a safe level and gave the bacteria a chance to grow. I highly recommend it even though aquarium pros may not approve.

Size not specified - Warning!!!!
If you are looking at this for use to absorb ammonia in your tank it is great at doing that! The thing they do not specify is the granule of the product. It is basically 1/8"-0 in size. So if you buy the cheap media bags, 1/4-1/3 of the product will fall thru the netting when rinsing. If you don't get it all out, then it will migrate to your tank. They need to screen this a bit better, so the granules smallest size is at least 1/16" or you are just throwing away part of the product. Or buy better bags and reduce the amount you are throwing away. But do you still want to throw away 1/8 of what you are buying? Better sorting process would result in better product. Hell the finer material could be sold for agricultural applications to be mixed with dirt.

Don’t know...
I will have no idea if this works or not. There are no instructions on it’s use really. I’ve deducted that you must have to have some other things to be able to use it. Like a bag maybe?! It says something about removing etc, well the only way to remove something such as this would have be that it’s in a bag. Have no idea where this bag should go. Some other similar, not the same, products have these products in bags in the filter. I’m not sure where I’m to be putting it in my HOB small filter. Will affect how the filter operates?, there is a bit of room behind the filter cartridge, but is it enough? Will it stop the water from going through the filter? I can’t really rate the product until I purchase said bags and the figure out how to use them before I can really rate this product properly. When that’ll be is another question!

Amazing for cat litter box
This stuff absorbs the odor of my cat litter box. It seems to help extend the life of the litter as well (doesn't need to be replaced as often). Just take a few big handfuls & sprinkle it on top, and your kitties will automatically mix it in the box when they dig.

I have used in the past and works well. ...
I have used in the past and works well. what the description should mention is not for salt water or tanks with any salt added. when salt is added the zeolite releases the trapped amonia back into the water.

Stone powder contaminates water stains
This product has caused my aquarium to be heavily polluted. I tried washing the product, but the stone powder killed half of my fish
