Great product

So far, so good, only issue is making the adjustments after you install it. My experience is that if you are using the shower, it after the water gets hot, do use the dial back on the hot water, and that can cause the unit to turn off because there is not the same rate of flow. So my experience is to keep the temperature lower, so you can keep full flow so the unit doesn’t turn off.

2 months perfect

I bought this for my 5 person household and it is perfect i replaced a 50 gallon hot water tank. Installed it myself with zero issues made my 18 year old son assist. It will supply water to my shower and dishwasher at the same time without problem. I will never go back to a tank

When I order this water heater is was advertised as 8.34 GPM. When it arrived it is only 4.2 GPM. I’m very disappointed. I have 3 full bathrooms and it will only support one.

Hot water pressure and heating.

The pressure of hot water is very satisfying and also the temperature is very high, as I needed. We can use two bathrooms and take showers at the same time, even in winter.

Have to keep the water running or it will turn cold

I like that it saves on gas but it takes more water to get the temperature regulated, when taking a shower I think I have it set right I might get a blast of hot or cold before it’s right and washing pots and pans I have to leave the water run to keep it hot for rinsing.

Absolutely love our new water heater

The install was pretty simple, just had to run electrical to the unit since this is the first digital water heater we have and needs 110 volts. Our previous water heater had a hydro generator that ignited the pilot and it had a manual thermostat. This new water heater has worked flawlessly thus far and my family and I love it! Best money I spent this year so far.

Great when it works

I bought this last November (2021) and recently (July 2022) I'm getting a rather consistent error that I believe is due to the thermocouple or igniter. Problem is, where the hell do I find parts for this thing?

product started showing a E1 code

the unit tends to show E1 error notice, tried filling a Jucuzz bathtub and it filled it 1/2 way and stop producing hot water, checked it and no code , turned water off and back on a worked again fine..now lets see what Amazon says as they are the seller.

If your pump can't maintain 50 psi it won't work.

I thought I would heat a swimming pool with this.nope.It needs high water pressure or it will keep shutting down.

Installed not hooked up yet

Came damaged, box showed no sign of damage but could have been. Installed but not yet hooked up, couldn't use the install hardware, way too cheap for this weight. Looks like a good product and very heavy, delivery was very quick. Lets see how it performs once hooked up
