Super cute but unfortunately it's a death trap...

I have this and the moon hanging off my porch and although it's super cute and has a high capacity, now three small birds have actually gotten trapped inside it and one died before I could let it escape. I now have it wrapped up and am trying to find some mesh to put over all three feeder holes in order to still allow the birds to feed but not to get trapped inside.

Bird feeder or bird trap?

I really love the bird feeder, but the quality was not as great as I originally anticipated. The opening latch is a simple slide mechanism that could get damaged over time. We are several weeks into owning this. When we came home yesterday, we noticed a little chickadee had gotten trapped in the feeder. I never expected that this could happen. Hopefully, this is a one time event?

Birds aren't eating

The product is lovely and arrived without a problem. Sadly, the birds aren't eating from it. We have the same seed in a different feeder and the birds go after it like mad. Can't figure this one out.

I really really like this bird feeder and so do my birds! A couple days ago a storm came through and a large tree fell smashing my bird feeder like a pancake. Because I liked it so much I immediately got online to order another. Birds are happy again!

Beautiful!

So easy to fill and refills are less often due to 4 1/2 pounds of birdseed at a time. It' such a pretty addition and the birds love it. Unfortunately , the squirrels also like to lay in the circle and eat so we are constantly reminding them that it is not for them. HaHa

Great design! Worth every penny!

I have a lot of bird feeders so I really appreciate ones that are decorative and functional. Decorative feeders are a pleasure to look at when the birds aren’t around. They are art for the backyard. I ordered the star and the lighthouse and am so happy with both of them. Both are good quality, sturdy, easy to fill, easy to hang, and hold a lot of seed. Best of all the birds love them too.

WOW, what a beautiful feeder!!

Good Directions has the coolest bird feeders! It was so hard to choose. Finally picked the Star and am very happy with it. It’s so well made! It looks great hanging up and the birds like it too. It took less than a day for the birds to find it. With perches on the sides and in the middle, we get multiple birds eating at the same time. Easy to fill and hang. Would highly recommend.
