Does NOT work with coffee pods!

i'd watched a video showing this unit with both a coffee filter basket [which arrived]and a coffee pod adapter[which did NOT arrive]. Maybe there's another model that have both, anyway, I opened a coffee pod and poured the dry ingredients into the coffee filter basket and although it left a little residue, it flushed out quickly under the kitchen faucet. After the 6 boxes of coffee pods are gone, I'll simply use the coffee filter basket[as provided]. The coffee tastes VERY good and the machine is fairly quick!

Excellent for brewing coffee, even better for brewing tea!!!

The unit is lightning fast, easy to clean, and versatile to boot! Yes, great for morning coffee, but also afternoon iced tea. Want a great tip? Throw a few tea bags in the top, brew some tea, pour over ice in a large steel cup (you know what kind) and now you have instant fresh brewed iced tea! I hope they don't want this thing back...????

A GOOD ONE OR TWO COFFEE MAKER

It brews the coffee fast and the coffee is hot like I want it. Mine has an automatic shut off. If it had a warming plate I would give it 5 stars. I have had no problem brewing a good tasting cup of coffee.you may have to experiment to get the strength you want. I use 2 scoops for 12 oz. Of water. I also use a paper filter and get no sediment.

Keep the dregs out with a paper filter.

This coffee maker works great for a single cup and you won’t have the plastic waste you get from a cartridge type (Kurigj maker. However, there are a few caveats. First, the basket filter provided with the coffee maker is not dense enough to keep out all the dregs. With this filter alone, you will have fine bits of coff grounds in the last gulp. I don’t live that, so I got paper filters that need to be fitted into the basket but make the coffee good to the last drop. Second, I found two minor design flaws that led me to giving only four stars. The first flaw is that the opening at the top does not leave enough room to easily pour th water in. Th first few times I tried, the water went mostly on the counter. After several times with spillage, I finally have it down but it would have been easier with more room. Th other flaw, is that when you open the lid to put in coffee and water, the condensation on the inside of the lid, runs down the back of the the maker onto the counter. This could have been prevented by adding a small piece of plastic along the back of the opening and attaching the hinges to it so the condensation would run into the water well instead of down the back. Overall 6.5/10-- Not the worst but not the greatest

6.5/10 Pros: It's compact It has a reusable filter for coffee grounds (Eco-friendly!) The filter is easy to clean One button Relatively fast on making coffee Comes with a coffee tumbler thing Coffee tumbler keeps coffee relatively hot for about an hour Cons: It can only hold 12oz of water. (be careful how much you put in there or it will leak out from the back) The bottom cup holder is not removable It does drip after turning it off (don't really mind as I put a little bowl in the cup holder to catch the drip) If you want to make a cup of coffee measure out the water first and don't keep it preloaded in there Making multiple cups of coffee is kind of a pain Makes a scary sound when opening up the to add more water after the first cup The coffee tumbler thing kind of has a metallic taste to it Have to hold down the start button till it makes heating up sound I can see older people struggling to put water in there as it is kind of hard to see and you can miss easily. I am always in a rush in the morning so I do like how it only takes a couple of mins to make a cup of coffee. It's a good starter coffee maker for people who have never used one before and/or have limited counter space. Just be careful making more than one cup of coffee. When I made multiple cups of coffee I thought I broke it because the start button was not doing anything. You definitely get what you paid for which is not necessarily a bad thing. Once this breaks down (which it eventually will) ill invest in a better compact coffee maker with more buttons indicating how much coffee I want.

High quality. Good design.

I’ve had a number of single brew drip brewers over the years. The worst was one that alternately also did K cups. My favorite was a little $8 one from Walmart, but it burned out. I would have bought six of them, but they stopped making it. The recent dedicated drip Brewer began to have “electrical smells?” I mean I would turn the corner and smell that smell and they would be. “!!!!” in my head so I decided it’s time to stop using it and buy a new one. This one was an offer and it is the highest quality of all of them I have ever had.. it is also a little bit of an improvement over each and evert one. It’s large enough you do not need a separate reservoir door. I’m doing fine with that. It’s tall enough to accept my favorite mug without being so aggressive that there’s splashing going on. The speed of brew and temperature is very good. The flavor is being properly liberated from the grounds. The permanent filter rinses beautifully, and does not stain. The construction is high-quality and stable. I’m really happy with this one. The stainless steel Tumblr that comes with it is high-quality, I have used it and it works well. I now use it for a quick water Tumblr and continue to use with my favorite Aladdin mugs that are in pristine condition that I bought in 1980 something. I’m rambling now. I do recommend this product.

Great buy

Bought it as a gift for my dad and he loves it. He likes to make his coffee and drink on his way to work so this is perfect because he can just brew the coffee straight on the travel mug. It's also very compact so it doeesn't take as much space as other coffee makers.

SE.DESCOMPUSO A LOS 3 MESES

Anteriormente tuve una cafetera Kups que utilicé por 25 años y este modelo Krup to go solo duró 3 meses y ya no enciende y les aseguro que no soy descuidado, desafortunadamente ya no aplica la devolución y enviarla a otra ciudad a repapar cuesta lo mismo que costó esta cafetera. Si decides comprar esta krups to go te recomiendo adquirir una prensa para cafe ya que si no prensas el café ademas de que saldra muy ligero y tendras que utilizar mas cafe. Lo segundo es que si no prensas el cafe cuando abras la tapa encontraras que tu cafe estará por trods lados menos en el deposito del cafe.

Todo bien.

El vaso no está insulado, se te enfría el café en 10 minutos. Y se siente caliente al tacto también. La cafetera funciona muy bien pero bastante ruidosita como si un ratón estuviera tratando de escapar de adentro jaja como golpecitos. Pero por el precio la verdad está bonita y funcional. Y hay otras que ni el vaso traen así que 5 estrellas jeje.

Cumple su Función

La cafetera cumple su función, sin embargo, por el precio y la marca esperaba algo de mejor calidad, ya que prácticamente todo es de plástico, a excepción de la placa donde viene la marca y el termo. Al fin, creo que lo que cobran es la marca, pues funciona igual que otras cafeteras que están a un tercio del precio de ésta.

Práctico

Me gustó que no ocupa lugar y el diseño me gusta. Lo que odio es el termo, que no sirve la tapa y me lo he llevado y siempre pasa un accidente porque se sale en cualquier movimiento.
