Only for dry areas

Item arrived quickly and in good shape and looks good with finish bottoms. Mounting hooks provided are nice. These LEDs are a cool white and not a warm white as others have concurred. The lighting affect is nice with a cylindrical pattern within the bellows. Run time is a few hours, but will die before night's end. These will fall apart outside within one Midwestern season, so best indoors or sheltered only, but being solar will limit its use.

An appreciated gift

These are very nice little lanterns. They see well-made. They make a cool, blue glow at night in the tree where we hung them. Thumbs up on them!

Unfortunately, these lamps don't have a warm and realistic effect like other solar lamps I have used.

One of the three doesn’t work

They seem like they will hold up well in the weather. One of the three doesn’t work at all. They are definitely accent lighting and do not provide light to help you maneuver around.

Turn the switch "on" after installing battery. Place them in full sun.

They are staying out for a very long time. I was concerned when I unwrapped them to see they weren't 'collapsed' together compactly. When I first hung them up, they were not a round shape. But in time, they have softened and formed into a ball shape

Would not recommend.

These lights are not very attractive when illuminated - lights are dim and don't hold a charge well. Would not recommend.

Is not reliable and difficult to open and turn on

Did not light up after the first couple nights! We had plenty of sunshine and they were in direct sunlight. Seemed like the connections shorted out. I bought 3 sets but could only return 2. Very disappointed!
