These make easy work when you get to that stubborn clamp that alway snaps back at your knuckle’s..say no more ..good quality build extra long reach ..build to last ..like them so much I bought 3 different kinds of these for different angels

Excellent design
I have a Ford Ranger 2.3 Duratec that has a coolant hose at the rear of motor that developed a leak. The factory manual calls for removing the transmission to replace the hose. This tools design allowed me to reach in and remove the clamp and change the hose without removing the transmission. They need to market this to Ford motor company! Totally happy with my purchase.

Best Hose Clamp Pliers
I struggled to reposition a hose clamp in a very tight spot on my lower radiator. There were multiple obstructions, including a transmission fluid cooler line. I did not want to drain transmission fluid and possibly let air into the system. After trying multiple types of pliers, I decided to take a break. I ordered these pliers and was pleased with the way I could open up spring clamps wide with these pliers. My other hose clamp pliers did not provide the same leverage or clamp opening. I was able to safely replace my lower radiator hose and clamps, preventing a future road hazard. By preventing my engine from being overheated, I saved thousands of dollars In repairs and lost work time. My financial position is now more secure. I am now a lot less likely to be stranded on a busy freeway in sweltering heat as large trucks and distracted drivers zoom past. Unequivocally, these pliers saved my life.

The best hose clamp pliers I have ever had
Being a professional auto mechanic, I look for anything that makes my job easier. I was a bit skeptical because I have never seen any other mechanics witha set of these. But I am here to tell you, get you a set of these, you will reach for them every chance you get. I have gotten into some places that I thought "these wont get in there" but was I surprised. The locking feature is easy to use and easy to release. Makes these hose clamp pliers my first choice when doing water pumps and radiators in those crowded engine compartments.
