Correction to Previous "Taco Stand did not operate" Review

My bad. My previous review stating the Taco Stand did not work was wrong. I said that after plugging the stand into the plug and play system the interior light did illuminate but the motor did not move the two people or the dog. I'm an idiot at times - after re-reading the owners manual I read where you need to press down on the remote control on/off switch button in order to make the people and dog move. I did as the manual stated and, voila!, the Taco Stand did operate just fine. My apologies to Amazon and the Seller. This is a very cool addition to Lionelville. Bob in Biloxi

Do not buy for Christmas!

Received a blue and white shack, not a Christmas one so don't love the false advertising of the image. Not horrible value for a regular shack so I kept it, but still very disappointed.

Santa Fe engine has issues

Santa Fe Super Chief is a great basic set. I added the baggage car and the observation car to make a total of 5 rolling stock cars. Unfortunately, the engine isn't working at all right now; failed traction tires is part of the problem. And I don't have a clue as to how to change out these mini rubbers. Kind of frustrating. But the the added cars are fabulous!

Just what you'd expect in a baggage car.

I purchased the basic Santa Fe Super Chief set, and wanted to expand it slightly, so I bought the dome car and the baggage car. These are nice looking cars and variety to the train.

Shows double tower but is single light tower

First it was shipped in a bag not a box so my lionel box is smashed. Second the picture shows a double light tower but read the ad it's a single light tower which is what I got not what's shown my bad for not reading well enough their bad for showing wrong tower. Dont know if it works have not tried it yet. The lights are adjustable to where you point them but do not tighten to stay in place. Nice tower but not what I thought I was getting. Not buying lionel from amazon no more would not buy this again.

Do not order this!

As per the other review, the item is not as pictured. Instead you will receive a very plain looking blue building. The building is the same as pictured but it is all plain blue with no detailing anywhere. Its worth about $10 at best!
