Expensive, but worth it
This wire has less spatter that the cheap stuff from Harbor Freight, but more important, you can lay down multiple beads with this wire which is rare for flux core wire. It’s all I use now.

La resustencia
Es un material muy facil y cómodo de trabajar se hace una costura con mucha facilidad y bastante resistente para un aporte tan delgado.

Birds nest but welds great
Other than loosing about 20ft to a rats nest of uncoiled wire, this stuff is great. Much better than Vulcan wire from Harbor Freight in a Chicago Electric 125A FCAW. Less splatter, cleaner weld line. Unfortunately 1lb spools go fast and no options for 2lb so it's 1 or 10lb. If your machine holds 10lb with the uncoil issue, I'd recommend 10lb spool. Cost is lower and so is waste.

Works better then harbor freight wire.
Hobbiest, ran through harbor F. Welder, mainly .074 to .187 material doing fillet and butt welds, did about 237" (~20 feet) of welding before running out, mind you this is a 1 pound spool. Pros: way less splatter, clean wire Cons: cost.. Compare to Hobart and some other harbor F. Brand, there about 40% less splatter then those cheaper brands, but a lot of that depends on good nozzle control, angle, feed, and material cleaning. A little change in angle makes a big difference! The pic is .125 angle iron before any grinding, ran the wire brush and as you can see little splatter. I did have trouble laying down 2nd layer, but that a probably just my skill level problem. As for cost, it little pricy, as you only get 1lb of wire, wile most spools are 2lb and for about the same price. At end of the day, yes I recommend this wire if your doing new builds or At least decent clean material. I just ordered my second roll, and might just buy a box next time. As for cost, stuff is a bit

Works great in every welder, very forgiving
This wire is very forgiving. It works great even if your settings or technique aren't good. I've used it in both transformer and inverter machines and it always works well. I see a lot of complaints about the spools only being one pound instead of two. Yes, Lincoln makes more money that way and some people will feel tricked. But there might be more to it. I notice when I get near the end of a two pound spool, there's wavering and inconsistency of the wire feed because the wire has been so tightly coiled. And I've also noticed the Lincoln wire is very stiff, if it came on two pound spools it might suffer even more from that feed inconsistency. Just a thought, who knows. I think this wire is worth the extra money. If I was tighter for money I'd probably buy a ten pound roll and try to respool some one pound spools.

Much better than Harbor Freight Wire!
I own a inexpensive Harbor Freight 175 welder and have been using the wire available for it at Harbor Freight. This wire from Lincoln is MUCH more user friendly and more forgiving, especially for a novice welder like myself. I will NOT go back to Harbor Freight for wire again!

Not good, not made in Canada anymore
No longer made in Canada, it's being made in China now, we just lost even more jobs here in Canada I bought the Blue Demon stuff and it wets out better and gets great penetration at about 1/3 the price cheaper and it's made in the good ol US of A China is getting to much work, we need work as well DOWN WITH GLOBALISM

It works!!
This wire is a great alternative to welding with gas (MIG), I used it just yesterday to weld a replacement door bottom in my van, so as long as you have a decent welder, have your settings and polarity correct, and have at least some idea how to weld, this wire will work for you. Plus, it is WAAAAY cheaper than getting a bottle of gas at covid prices.

Excelente soldadura
Esta soldadura tiene buena penetracion, no genera poros y poco chisporroteo, trabaja bien en todas posiciones, en fin la recomiendo ampliamente, no ocupa gas !

Good stuff
Bought a small flux core welder which came with a small spool of wire. Ordered this and replaced it and noticed the improvement right away.

Excullent mig wire
Very good welding wire, very easy to get good looking welds with fluidity of the melted metal. Careful when clearing slag from part after welding. This wire lays slag on top of weld thick and plenty.
