Excellent Monitor
My late 2015 intel iMac can't be upgraded to Ventura so I ordered a mac mini m2 and I needed a monitor. I don't do gaming or photo editing and 60 hz is sufficient but I wanted excellent color and resolution and this monitor delivers that. I used the HDMI cable provided and was surprised that despite some articles saying the view port was better in my eyesight the colors were true and equal to the iMac screen view. It came packaged securely, was easy to assemble and just plug in. It has a joystick control that takes a bit to get used to and once I designated the port I booted up the mini and was frankly astonished that it looked so good. It was really plug and play. I had downloaded the manual but I'm what they call an average every day user and I find the operation not a great deal different than the all in one iMac set up. What I am mildly disappointed in is that I have a small desk and the stand which is stable has some what protruding feet. I didn't expect speakers but was a bit annoyed because there was no usb port for the speakers I bought to go with an ear phone hole which is on the device. These are minor complaints because everything about this monitor that's important to me exists. Don't know about the longevity but so far so great. I bought some Amazon Speakers which are surprisingly good, a logitech keyboard and mouse which are bluetooth and designed for Apple and am really pleased.

Excellent value for the price paid.
Very nice picture quality. Easy to adjust using button right under the center of the unit.

LG Quality
Needed to purchase two 4k UHD monitors for a home office set up. There were no other 24" diagonal monitors available with this resolution but I've installed many larger LG monitors at my office. These monitors are pricey but compared to other brands, LG has better overall display characteristics (brightness, contrast). A little disappointed that the warranty is so short which is why I give the product an overall 4 stars.

Needs Minor Improvements
I decided to return it after a couple weeks due to features I found lacking or annoying. An Accessibility dialog box keeps popping up every time it is turned on requiring manual intervention. A Do Not Display option for that box appears now and then but doesn't stop the Accessibility box from continuing to pop up. Menu items are not explained. On/off button is hard and digs into the finger--it has to be pressed for about 5-6 seconds to turn off monitor while it digs into the fingertip and can be painful. Can choose to have screen go on automatic standby only after a minimum of four hours. My prior monitor started saving energy after a few minutes. If the monitor goes into standby mode, then a blinking white light continuously flashes, which can be annoying. Nice screen size, resolution, and color. If minor, yet important improvements are made, it would be a keeper.

Great Monitor with Single Oversight.
I got this monitor as a higher def replacement for my previous 1080P Monitor. It's a great monitor and it's doing everything I want it to do. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with a remote, as someone with a Less Than Stellar PC station setup, A remote was one of the most helpful things to me, now-a-days I think every monitor should have its own remote for ease of accessibility to its settings and features, playing with the knob just under the monitor can be a little annoying honestly I don't know what companies were thinking when that was created. But overall the monitor is amazing for what I needed.

Clear and colorful
Used as a second monitor for my laptop, this screen is a big help. I've been using it for months. The images are very clean and clear and the colors are vibrant. One problem: Every time I turn it on or wake it up, I have to choose the *wrong* input, then push the menu button to allow the correct input to engage and turn the monitor back on. It is probably a user error. It is very likely that I set it up wrong. But I reviewed the instructions and looked for a solution in the support provided. If I had been able to figure out that glitch in the materials provided, I would have given this monitor 5 stars.

Almost perfect for Macbook Air M1
It's an EXCELLENT monitor for the price. I give it 5 stars in the light this is a BUDGET monitor. It works fine with my Macbook Air M1 2020. It didn't get the colors right when plugged in but I know this is a "budget" monitor so I accept I have to adjust the colors similar to the built-in Retina display. If you want 100% Plug-n-Play colors go and invest $400 more in a 24-inch LG UltraFine display. I researched A LOT on 4K monitors for my Mac and there seem to be some scaling issues for 27-inch 4K monitors: In order to enable Retina scaling (and some other optimizations) the MacOS calculates the DPI based on resolution AND monitor size. 24-inch 4K monitors (183 DPI) are close enough to the Apple Retina "standard" (220 DPI). 27-inch 4K monitors are only 163 DPI For optimum colors on this monitor, this is what I did: -In the Color section of the MacOS display settings change to the "Rec ITU-R BT.709-5" -In the monitor settings, using the joystick, go to Picture and set: --Picture Mode, leave on Custom --Game Adjust, ----Black Stabilizer set to 0, ----Response Time to OFF --Color Adjust: ----Gamma0, ----Color Temp to MEDIUM, ----Six Colors: YellowHue to 55 Not 100% like the Retina display but VERY close enough, in my eyes. I don't need professional color matching/calibration as I don't do creative work for a living. I also used "CABLEDECONN USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 8K 1M Cable with USB-C PD" to keep delivering power to the MBA in the same port as I also have a hub for USB-A ports and Ethernet network.

Broke after 14 months, warranty not helping
My unit worked well for 14 months, then it broke down - the screen shows just black and white stripes and noise. LG customer service confirmed the unit has a 3-year on-site warranty and an LG service rep comes over. He tells me, Amazon has sold me an international unit which is not supported in Singapore where I live. (I bought the monitor from Amazon Singapore, not from overseas.) So apparently there is no warranty whatsoever. He suggests me to turn to Amazon, which I will do but not my hopes high up. To make things worse, (1) even if I would pay the replacement part myself, it would take 3-5 weeks to ship it. But, (2) actually they cannot order the part at all for this international unit. The service rep literally confirmed my 14-month-old monitor is now garbage. And when I asked if a 14-month lifecycle is normal for LG electronics, he said it's "difficult to say". Needless to say, the next monitor that I now need to order won't be an LG.

Annoying message on screen.
Although the screen clarity is excellent we cannot get rid of the message telling us to use the supplied cables. I have had a computer technician consult the company and he did get it to disappear but it comes back the very next day. I should mention that we are using the cable that came with the monitor and have Windows 10 installed now. The error message comes on the screen and stays there for about a minute. Very annoying.

Qué me gustó??
