Perfect for my garbage disposal. Improved safety and convenience.

Up and down can be wired to do different functions, which was a nice surprise, so I can set up to turn on my garbage disposal, and down to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, significantly reducing the chance of a toddler turning the disposal on, especially compared to a standard switch.

Momentary switch for garbage disposal

I wanted a momentary switch for a garbage disposal. Doesn't seem to have a finished look with the switch plate around the switch. There is a gap. (Maybe it's designed that way for more of it's commercial applications.) but other than that it works great.

Does not indicate that this is a momentary switch in the order screen is of no use to me.

OK switch, but incorrectly described

Don't believe that "Positive switching action with center-off position" stuff. This is a momentary-contract switch and has no "positive switching action" at all.
