TLDR: It was a fantastic product for me, but the Cons REALLY outweigh the Pros and I won't be purchasing from Lelo again. I LOVED this product. This toy gets plenty of complaints about being way too strong, but I personally had no issues with that. I really enjoyed the sensations it creates, and it quickly became my go-to toy. Not really quiet, but not an issue for me. When it's still functional it's a really great toy and I would have loved to continue using one of these, but unfortunately I had some pretty big issues. -Honestly, I don't think the price is worth it. I got mine during a big sale for $79 and even that felt high considering some of the other alternatives on the market. I wouldn't have even consider this toy if it was only sold at their normal price ($96 here, $109 on their website) -I'm calling bs on this product being waterproof. The charging port is totally exposed, no silicone cover or anything. Mine broke after I got a few drops of water in the charging port while I was cleaning it. It wasn't even under running water at the time, and I gave it plenty of time to dry out before plugging it in to charge. I really doubt this product holds up to their claim of being "100% waterproof, perfect for the bath and shower" -Their warranty policy is deceptive. With both their 1-year and their 10 year warranty policies you are required to pay (non-refundable) shipping to mail the toy back. -Their 10 year policy only allows for a 50% discount code, to be used on their online store only, applicable to up to 5 toys. Not a huge discount when most toys are $100 or more. -Working with customer service to claim the warranty was a pain. It took several emails on my part to even get a response. I confirmed they had the right email on file and I double checked my spam folder. It took close to 2 weeks to hear anything back at all, and then another several days to actually be able to claim the warranty. -You have to register the product to even be able to claim the warranty in the first place. The registration info is on a super small little black card that comes in the box, and is easily thrown away with the other papers they send. If you lose that card or toss it by mistake you're out of luck, there's zero alternatives to claim the warranty. Even if I didn't have issues with these things personally, it's also worth noting that there are some SERIOUS issues that have been reported by others. I'll try to summarize a few: -People widely report that Lelo product quality has plummeted despite prices continuing to rise. Materials break and wear down more easily, metal is rusting, and they break way faster, to name a few. -Their warranty policy used to be fantastic and they offered full refunds/replacements for multiple years after purchase and covered shipping, but now it's difficult to make any kind of warranty claim, and nearly impossible to get a full refund or replacement after any kind of use -They've had some significant issues with several product lines that they've often outright denied or refused to change -The Sona line in particular also has some horror stories, like people literally bleeding from it. That's always a risk with any of this kind of toy, but they handled it REALLY poorly -They used someone accused of sexual assault by multiple people to help endorse their products -They've been accused of deleting any kind of negative review, on multiple platforms Honestly there's WAY more online grievances about this company that I'm not mentioning here, and I encourage you to do your research if that's something that concerns you.
