Sizing perspective for the concerned buyer

I was really worried about the fit. I'm not sure if I missed it, but I didn't see a lot of reviews in regards to the size and how it fits. I am 5'8" and 180lbs. I wear a size 12-14(US) and I feel like I am pear shaped (wider hips). I had no issues wearing this tutu. I feel like someone even bigger than myself could comfortably wear it. I got loads of compliments when I wore it. I agree with other reviews, it looks better upside down so I just cut the tag. No big deal. I saw other girls at the event with the same tutu but not flipped and it just wasn't as good in my opinion. I hope this review helps someone who was concerned about the fit as I was. It was totally well worth the money spent! The reason I took off a star is because I don't know if it was my mistake or a fault in the tutu but the top layer ripped slightly and a piece was tangling. Easily fixed by tucking it into the elastic but sad I only wore it once and it easily ripped.

OMG ADORABLE beyond belief

I love this tutu so crazy much!! It's so freaking adorable, and it's reversible! If you wear the pink side on top, you can see all the different tulle layers. It is rather short, but I bought some tight hot pink pants/boy shorts to wear underneath. It's really puffy and the tulle is decent quality. You can also try some of those lacy Cheekster Panties from Victoria's Secret...that would look adorable! I also like the colors - they are more neon and pastel-y and girly than some of those boring classic colors, bleh. Fits really well with an elastic band around the waist. It's one size fits all. Honestly, it's short, but if I was careful, you can't really see your underwear underneath it if you're just aware of it. I am 5'6, and you totally can't see my underwear even from the back. Great for any fun occasion...I'm going to wear it to the pool as my coverup!

Americans, beware of buying this

So I bought this tutu with Burning Man in mind. Night lighting is important for safety. Basically, the tutu part is fine (bright, cute) but the elastic is really tight (I am a size 8 US). The basic problem is the seller sent me the tutu without the lights or lithium batter pack. I contacted the seller, they said they would resend one with the battery and lights, and asked if I would just pay $10 for the tutu without lights I had already received. I said fine. They sent the corrected order and then less than a day later said the customs would not allow them to mail the lithium battery pack to me. SO, some law with customs makes it pretty impossible for me to get this item. I know there have been problems in the past with lithium batteries exploding on planes and whatnot, but still. The seller then offered me a free pair of stockings instead, which frankly...I don't have ANY desire for because I am almost 6 feet tall! The options are like...nill for someone of my height. I told them that, and we are still working it out. I asked for a refund of $6 because of the $10 plain tutu price they offered initially for the tutu I had received. They insisted on mailing me tights. This seller should NOT be advertising this product without the warning of which countries they may not be allowed to ship to. I will review the seller as well, but I wanted to post it in the product too because it is a falsely advertised product.

Amazing best one!

So when I first got this I was so excited to open the box! I was hoping it would be cute, fluffy abd very bright and this product delivered on it all!!! Flat at first from being in the bag but once I took it out and spun it/self fluffed it, it ended up looking just as fluffy as the photo! Love love love this product. The colors are nice and bright as well. Have not tried it on yet but I love it either way of it fits or not. Do have to say looks like it would fit no bigger then a larger. That's the stretch max.

cannot rate HIGH enough.

i am INCREDIBLY impressed with this. i ordered it as a risk for a black light night, and it glows perfectly in it. i followed suggestions by other reviewers and flipped it over immediately, so the blue was on the bottom, before i even tried it on how it's shown. DEFINITELY wear it with the pink on top and blue on the bottom. you cannot see the other colors with blue on top, as others have stated i also bought this for 3 of my friends. we all weigh between 130-150 pounds, and it isn't tight on any of us. it's extremely comfortable as far as the elastic goes, and the material isn't scratchy, shockingly. immediately from the bag, it fluffed out just like the picture. YES, it is short, so expect to wear something under it like tights or shorts...although by looking at the photo, that should be assumed to begin with.

A hit and a miss

I bought two of these for my daughter's birthday party. One of the tutus was excellent, and is still usable (and boy, does she wear the heck out of it). The other came apart the first time it was worn. Layers of tulle started unraveling. Luckily a few safety pins held it together long enough to get through the party. As others have stated, it's better to wear it upside down so that you can actually see the rainbow of color.

Love the skirt but not the best quality

I absolutely love the skirt, however the first one they sent me had a busted battery pack and only half the lights worked. They did promptly apologize and overnighted me a replacement, however, this one's battery pack was busted as well. All the lights worked but I doubt with the battery pack busted it will hold up very well. I needed it soon, so there just was not time to contact them again and have another replacement sent out. I was very pleased with their prompt response and the way they handled the situation, however, the fact that the replacement skirt has a busted battery pack as well is somewhat frustrating. I would hope that they would check their products before sending them out and even more so if it is a replacement being sent out.
