Fantastic buy
I bought these for the kids I nanny for to make their own sensory/seek and Find tubes. We used rice and tiny trickets like dinos, princesses, colorful beads, sea creatures,fairies, as well as dice. We did end up gluing the tops on so the littles wouldn’t unscrew it and dump them. They are sturdy if dropped. This was so fun for them to personalize their own fun tube.

Keeps them interested
My 8 month old loves these and I have fun finding new things to put inside. They're supposed to be waterproof, I will say that some of the lids are hit-and-miss when it comes to leaking. I have one that's had water in it for over two weeks and it hasn't been a problem but I had to try a couple of different lids before I found two that didn't leak. Overall they're great way for little ones to play with small objects safely.

Daycare toddler school agers
Caps are a bit cheap so I worry about how long they will last only due to I run a daycare so I know I will be swapping out items more often than a parent. They do hold lots of different items (shapes. Bells. Leaves, orbeezs, foam shapes) . I have 11 months to 8 year olds interested in them and the teen helps think they are cool, too

Perfect for babies, older kids and even adults!
I filled my tubes with beads, glitter soap water, tinsel and jingle bells. My 12 month old likes the jingles best, my 4 year old liked the glitter tube, and my 7 year old liked finding shapes in the bead assortment tube. You can make a "find the object" game with assorted beads. Fill the tube less than 1/4 of the way with large assorted shaped beads for best observability. Write specific bead descriptions on cards and put them in a pile. Set a timer for 30 seconds or 1 minute. Pick a card and try to find the item before the time runs out. If you can't find the object, the next player tries until the object is found and someone gets a "point"

No age limit!
These sensory tubes are AMAZING. Even though the measurements are in the description they are still much bigger than I thought. My 4 year old got to work right away making fun, loud, visually pleasing sensory tubes for his brother, my 7 month old! We put all sorts of things in them and they held up great... didn't scratch the plastic. They made an awesome noise! I have zero complaints! I'd love to see them in a smaller size though. They are huge which is great, but I think a smaller size would be more ideal for toddlers. To offer this product in two sizes would be amazing. Still very pleased with this product, my kids are too!

Great for solid items, not liquid
This is great for dry products. I tried using water and glitter like on the picture in the box and it leaked. But my 8 month old loves the noise they make with dry items!

Use only for 3+ years!
These are great for the most part. Downfall is that one of our classroom kids dropped one and the cap popped off, spilling water, glitter and oil all over.

okay But...
it should be noted that when they say it's 2 inches, they mean around the Outside. Not on the inside. so i won't be able to use these for what i originally bought them for. and honestly, other than making "rain sticks" out of them, they're fairly small (both inside And in length) to really be useful as storage. but hey... Rain Sticks are cool... right?

Great sensory play
These are brilliant for sensory play. I put uncooked rice in one and my son loved it. He also loved the one I filled with colourful beads. Selection of lids available so you can add something with a smell. Great item

Lovely resource that is value for money.
Really good resource to make for children. I work in a nursery and we use these all the time but because we bought them from an educational catalogue they were almost double the price. So really good value for money. You can fill these with all different items depending on the age of the child, I've filled mine with glitter, Pom Poms, buttons and bells and as my little one gets older I will use the other lids and put sented items in such as cinnamon sticks so they can experience different sense.

Versatile and practical
Exactly what I wanted, I’ve used these in a play setting and there brilliant. The choice of lids makes them versatile for sensory play and allows children to explore objects that they can see, feel and smell safely.
