Would have been great, if only…
The item pictured is not the same as the faucet you will receive. We had an old outdoor faucet needing repair. The picture for this item matched our faucet, but when we received it, the faucets were not the same. The faucet you receive is a newer design and does not match the image shown. Might not matter to someone else, unfortunately we needed an exact match due to how our faucet had been installed back in the day. The faucet was well constructed and seemed to be of excellence quality, just didn’t work for our needs.

Faucet Drips
This is a very small piece of hardware, with a small handle and a short turn-on angle. It also drips when it should be off. Otherwise, it sort of works.

Quality product
Very happy with this little hose bib. I'm not handy at all, but watched a few youtube videos and figured this might be something I could tackle myself. Our old hose had fused to the hose bib and even soaking it in vinegar had no effect, so I knew it was only a matter of time until we had a disaster on our hands. Using just a wrench, I was able to remove the old hose bib and attach this one. Don't forget to order your plumbers' tape before checking out. Just 3 wraps of that, and the bib didn't leak and I didn't even have to attach it super tightly which allowed me to position it correctly with ease. It works great now. This bib has a female attachment on the wall side and a male attachment on the hose side.

Easy to install and use -- turnoff felt mushy -- cutoff washer was split
After install cutoff action felt mushy; replaced cutoff washer with harder neoprene washer (see pic); now cutoff is solid; I would have liked the hose side to have more thread similar to the one I replaced. It was leaking after about 25 years of use; but I must say this sillcock does the job and no leaks so far. Installation requires removing the old one --about 10 minutes total; turn the water OFF! and drain the pipe you're working on -- make sure you use two wrenches -- one to hold the water nipple coming from the house and the other to turn the old sillcock so that the house side water supply is not damaged as you remove the old sillcock. There are some youtube videos showing the basics; I used teflon tape to seal the nipple threads prior to twisting the new sillcock

Colorful faucet
Our plumber installed it for us, but I could have done it myself. It looks nice and it's very useful to use.

It is a brass sillcock
It is functional but seems to be cheaply made. Not the same quality as the spigot that it replaced. It arrived quickly and is working as expected.

Really cuts down on the flow rate. That's the good news.
The pass-through opening really cuts down on the flow rate. For most applications, that might not matter, but we have low (45psi) water pressure at our home and need to avoid putting restrictions in the system. I wrote a review on this faucet a few weeks ago when I first installed it and mentioned the above. But recently, the faucet has become harder and harder to open/close. Disassembly revealed two significant details. The reason for the difficult operation was the junk seal washer that had expanded to the point where it bound up tight in its bore. And then, as you can see in the photo, this manufacturer decided it was a good thing to save maybe three cents by using a common steel screw to hold the rubber washer down. In just a few weeks it had rusted to the point where my screwdriver would not work in it anymore and I had to use a vise-grip to remove the screw. I have NEVER seen a steel screw used in a faucet before. Bottom line: Find a different supplier of faucets. I recommend sticking with standard name-brands of plumbing or garden supply sources.

Better than old-style but not ideal
If good-quality conventional spigots were to be had, whether from Home Depot or Amazon, I'd never have tried this one. But I found junk faucet after junk faucet -- and seemingly all made for people with small hands. Then I got this. It's no bigger but the quarter-turn action is far preferable. Good flow amount too. Main gripe is that at anything less than full-on, the water sprays very wide out of the hose-threaded end. You can't fill a bucket without wetting your feet. If you'll always have a hose attached, this won't be an issue. Or turn it full-on and fill the bucket VERY fast -- you'll still get wet but not as badly. Conclusion: it's the best spigot I've been able to find.

Does the job
Quite happy with it compared to my previous one. Doesn't always close properly unless turned tightened quite strongly, but does the job.

not a great quality, one stopped working after a month or so. Seriously what can possibly go wrong with a tap?
