Easy to use
Easy to use with free software, I haven't calibrated or direct tested. I however have been impressed with humidity sensitively. I setup in a hotel room and it recorded the slight humidity change in the room from my shower.

Great little temp/humidity recorder!
Product is working exactly as designed. Very pleased with this purchase. Only negative is that the unit does not come with a software CD anymore so you have to go to the company website to download the latest software. That's fine except the website was off-line the first couple of days I tried so couldn't set up the device. Searching around on the internet I found a software site that had latest s/w and installed it. Software seems a bit basic; but works well and I've had no problems running it on XP/SP3. Also have had no problems importing the CSV file into OpenOffice Calc. My unit has been monitoring temp/humidity in a ventilated enclosure located by a crop field for last week plus so appreciate the weather protection of the unit. The data collected so far is on par with nearby airport readings. While the LCD version might be useful for some I didn't see a need for it. If you are going to leave the unit in place for days at a time (I check/download/reset once a week) there's no reason to pay the higher price and shorter battery life.

Neat product
I have been using it to verify the accuracy of a baseboard heater control. It is very useful for this purpose and has allowed me to set the thermostat such that the room is consistently comfortable and discussions about perception of temperature have ceased. Even though outside temperatures are similar to last year, my electricity usage has declined slightly since being able to monitor the temperature in this room. Got one to document the temperature where I spend most of my working day as well. The only reason that I got the USB version is that the wifi version uses b wireless. Not wanting to configure my n wireless network to use the much slower b, lead me to the USB model. While it is a hassle to deal with physically handling the USB for collecting the data, it beats slowing down the rest of my wireless network. Would I purchase more of these? Probably. Would I replace the 2 I have and buy more for other tasks if they had n wireless and stayed affordable? Most certainly.

I Like It!!
I use this at work to watch for Temp and Humidity fluctuations while working on and calibrating lab equipment. The software alllows me to set the number of data points per minute and plots the Trend Lines for the Temp and Humidity. I don't need super accuracy in the actual readings because I am more interested in the amount/rate of change over time. This Lascar EL-USB-2+ and software does exactly what I need it to do. If you need really accurate measurements, get a Wet Bulb/Dry Bulb thermometer set. Very accurate Temp and % R.H., but heck of a lag time!!

Working fine so far
The dataloggers appear to be working very well after a week's use. The software was easy to find on the manufacturer's site, and install, and the devices themselves are straightforward to set up and use: very plug-and-play.

Great product
I have owned the Lascar temperature and dew point datalogger for 2 weeks now. I had a problem with the driver when I first installed it. It kept dropping out and not reconizing the logger. After reinstalling it a couple of times it seems to be working fine for now. Maybe the software needs to be updated by the company. Anyways this datalogger is very usefull. I am a service tech for a major company. I find it very usefull to check temps in refrigerators to see if they are working properly(maintaining proper temp in both freezer and refrig). The unit if very accurate.

Well calibrated
This is just what I was looking for, a temp/humidity logger with downloadable data. I use this with a Lascar EL-USB2-LCD+ and both give the same readings. I've also compared this with other weather centers and they seem well calibrated. This is small so you can make it inconspicuous. The downloadable Windows software is fine. I'd also like a version that runs on a Mac.
