Product was messy when putting salt chunks in the basket and basket is crooked and uneven

Wonderful when not broken on arrival

Ordered 2 of these at one time. First one I opened was great, instantly loved it! Second box I opened and the whole basket was dented in on bottom and all warped, the bulb area had a piece broken off of it and the bulb wasn’t attached to the base of the bulb anymore. I put in to have it returned and have another one sent to me. The new one arrived today and this one the basket is fine but the bulb is barely hanging on to the base of the bulb. The top of the bulb ended up coming off when trying to take the bulb out, I had to use needle nose pliers to get the base of the bulb out. The bulbs I’m finding to replace it are $9 for a 4pk. So now on top of the $24.50 I just paid for the 2 baskets I’m having to put out $9 more for a bulb that should’ve been able to be used straight out of the box. Quality control is a major issue as 2 out of 3 of these baskets are not even usable out of the package which is a shame because my first one is very beautiful. Another small thing is in the listing it states you get 2 bulbs but then later on at the end of the listing it says only comes with one, so I’d change that so people know what it will actually be as it is misleading. It would be super helpful if it had the extra bulbs in the package as the one it’s sent with is unusable right out of the box. Not sure if I will even keep this replacement one as I’m having an issue even finding replacement bulbs in stores locally, and just all around disappointed with how a replacement item is just as bad as the one I’m returning. So if you’re willing to risk getting a dud or two, buy one. I don’t think it’s worth the hassle. Pictures are of the 2 defective baskets. The 1 lightbulb barely hanging on is the replacement I got sent. The other 2 pictures are the basket Im returning for being all warped and dented, light bulb piece broken and lightbulb detached from base of the bulb.

Nunca prendió la lámpara

No prendió nunca el foco de la lámpara, debería de ser mas resistente la parte del foco
