Quality Product
Was concerned when I removed the adhesive display over the face, because the LCD display seemed corrupted, but that gradually went away after loading the batteries. The sender and base synced rapidly and temp/humidity adjusted well within an hour. No "atomic clock" syncing, but that is not really necessary. Reasonably easy to read Time, date, day, temp, humidity, lunar phase. Has an alarm function, which I do not use. The external temp may go blank periodically while re-syncing.

Nice weather station
Does what it claims. Indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity is nice. Having the phase of the moon is an unnecessary complication. I wish the back was flat as I needed to saw off the base so I could wall mount it, otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Accurate and convenient
I like the small footprint and readability. The moon phase feature is pretty useless. Not having to plug in is another good feature. It works off of the same sending unit as other La Crosse units that I have around the house.

Not scientific. Set your own time. Moon phase - Full moon is no moon.
This is a nice LITTLE weather clock but when the moon is full, you can’t see anything. It’s not the best feature. The temps seem accurate. This is not a scientific clock though. You will need to set your time.

Great weather station with many features, at a great price.
This La Crosse Wireless Weather station is great value for the price. I bought this model specifically because it provides both inside and outside humidity, whereas many just show indoor. Setup is very easy. The instructions are well written and clear, and setting time and date was easy. The LCD display of temperature is large and clearly visible from across the room, and can be set for F or C degrees. The humidity readouts are just below and to the left of the temp, and about 2/3 the size. These are visible from 8 feet, whereas the temp is visible for 15 feet at least. The time display can be set to 12 or 24 hr format, and the display is about the same size as the humidity readout, visible from about 8 feet. The time and date display is very small and thin, and only visible from 2 feet, but I don't use it for a clock, so that is irrelevant, as is the time alarm. The minimum and maximum temp feature works well. The moon phase display is visible from across the room, and displays a full moon as clear, dark of the moon as black (as opposed to my other station which has it backwards....showing a full moon as black). One very handy feature is a signal strength meter which shows how well the signal from the remote sensor is being received. The remote sensor takes two AA batteries, and lithium cells should be used if you want it to work in the cold. There is a battery level indicator on the main unit, that shows strength of both indoor and outdoor batteries. Be sure to put batteries in the sensor first, before the main unit, or it will not find the signal. It has a hole at the top, making it easy to hang on a nail, or mount with a screw. I have mounted mine under the deck, on a nail that holds it 2" from the mounting beam, allowing easy air circulation around the sensor, out of the sun, and away from reflected heat from the house. The outdoor temp reading is within 0.5 degrees C of my other station, so it is accurate. The instruction book has an error in the specification chart....it says the temp range for lithium batteries is -40C to -29C (-29C is clearly wrong). The teal/white colour scheme is a bit bright for my taste, making the unit somewhat visible in the living room, but that is a personal preference. Overall, I like this unit much better than my previous one, which cost twice as much.

Excellent product
Easy to install and no problem with wifi and Bluetooth. Easy to read and accurate it was a great extension of the old version and I strongly recommend it.

This model only sits on a shelf. It cannot be hung on a wall.
I just received this unit and it set up easily except that when the month and date are entered, the day of the week is supposed to set automatically but this one doesn’t do this. Today is Wednesday and the model claims that it is Saturday, but this isn’t a big deal.
