Unusual use of this slinky toy.....
Saw a cute video on YouTube about keeping squirrels off a tall shepherds hook where a bird feeder hung. Didn’t want to pay $$$$ for a slinky just in case it didn’t work on our bird feeder setup. Got it at a good price...and it works! Have seen one squirrel trying to climb up the pole only to slide down....which is pretty funny. However....I’m sure that most aren’t going to buy this slinky for this purpose...but I’m happy with it anyway.

Hooray! It's a SLINKY!!!
Just what I wanted and at a great price! Got it for my 5-year old great nephew, and what a hit! Before I gave it to him, I let a couple of dozen senior citizens try it out, - neighbors of mine. What a hoot! Brought back great memories for all of us. Thanks!!!

Bought this for my grandson so he could play with a toy that was simple, not motorized and without bells and whistles. To show him that you can have fun with a simple toy. So glad I did. Classic!

Seems like Slinky shrunk from when I had one at 5
Nifty object. Slinks well and makes cute sounds when you bounce it between hands(couldn’t film that and write so I hope you can visualize) Fun and pretty exciting at age 52

Perfect for drying art brushes!
Placing a brush hair side up in a jar can be detrimental to brushes. The Slinky provides the perfect device to dry multiple brushes at a time.

Slinky fun
Bought for my grandson. He loved it and it was fun Until we tried the stairs. It didn’t work even though we tried on different stairs

Keeps the squirrels off the suet cakes
I didn’t think this would work putting slinky on the metal pole that has our suet cakes would keep the squirrels off, but it’s done a better job than expected. Maybe our squirrels aren’t that smart, or maybe they found other food sources, but so far it works.

A classic
I bought one of these for all my grandkids. It’s fun for all ages. Even the adults wanted a turn. So many creative uses. My two year old granddaughter stretches it and says big. Then she collapses it and says small. Same with long and short. Who knew a slinky could teach concepts like size. My three year old grandson uses it as a tunnel for his little cars. I love open ended toys.

My kids were very impressed with this as they've only had plastic ones before. This one is way better and more durable. I can't get it to go down the stairs like i used to when i was a kid. Maybe they were a bit bigger then?

Good for older kids or adults
Good quality product for older kids or adults to fiddle with, however it’s definitely not up to the rigours of a 3 or 5 year olds games. It bends/gets out of shape quite easily. It’s also slightly short to work on my in laws stairs but works well at my parents house.

Small Product, Poor Packaging, Overpriced
I was not very happy with the packaging. For the price paid, the packaging for the product should be improved. Also, the whole product is quite small. Are there different sizes for the slinky? I somehow feel that this is an overpriced product.

Not good quality
Definitely not made like to Slinky I had when I was a kid. Twists easily and warps out of shape.

Got this for a grandchild. Really difficult to get the thing working. Assumed metal would be better than plastic.
