Fixed my dishwasher/air gap overflow problem
After a recent install, my air gap was spewing water on to my kitchen counter. My install requires a bend on the hose that runs from the air gap to the disposal. I noticed the hose was pinched/collapsed at the middle of the bend. I didn’t want to add a 45/90 degree fitting to add potential leak spots. Instead, I slid two of these over the hose and tightened them just enough to force the rubber hose to stay true/circular. Problem solved.

High quality at a affordable price.
Bough 10 hose clamps to fix my power steering hose at a very cheap price. I did not expect much until I received it. WOW! This is high-quality stainless steel, not Harbor Freight junk. It holds well. I tested it, trying to overtight it, but it won't budge. I just can't tighten it anymore, unlike another brand clamp that pops off. I will remember this seller, and come back if I need another size.

Review for size SAE 10
This fairly review applies only to SAE 10 clamps. I have these Koehler brand clamps in several sizes. The SAE 10 that I recently purchased are working fine but have a shorter worm drive housing compared to the higher end Ideal / Ideal - Tridon clamps. In general, the biggest difference between this brand and the Ideal clamps is in the worm drive housing. It's a little bit more robust in the Ideal clamps. The metal type used in the housing and screw also appears to be different. I don't think the Koehler clamps use SS for the housing or screw. Regardless, I haven't had any issues with these clamps in this size or any other and I look for this brand if I'm looking to purchase several to have on hand as, in my experience, they are better than some of the off-brand clamps that I have come across. But it is notable that the SAE 10 clamps have a shorter worm drive housing which logically translates to the possibility of a shorter worm drive gear and therefore, potentially, less secure clamping than the Ideal or other more highly regarded brands. In the other sizes of clamps that I have in this Koehler brand, the worm drive housings are about the same length as those of the Ideal / Ideal-Tridon clamps that I have. Again, I did not have any issues with these clamps in terms of performance however, for peace of mind if for nothing else, I did replace this SAE 10 size Koehler clamp with an Ideal brand clamp in one, very critical application.
