Inaccurate description

I bought this because it seem like a great deal, a glue gun from a reputable company and 30 glue sticks. I was disappointed to find that only 20 glue sticks were included – the item description is inaccurate.

Great starter level glue gun

BLACK+DECKER Hot Glue Gun Kit, White (BDHT70001) The dual-temperature glue gun comes simply packaged in a recyclable brown cardboard box. Inside the box, you'll find the glue gun, a bag full of high-temperature glue sticks, and an instruction sheet. The simple fold-out instruction sheet is in multiple languages and comes with the usual warnings- don't get wet. Don't touch the hot parts, and I'll add one. Don't glue your fingers together. (Don't ask, it has happened before) When you plug the gun in to heat up, it only takes about 3 minutes to start getting warm enough to melt the sticks. [the instructions say it reaches full temp after about 6 minutes] It also has a handy little fold-out stand so you can set the gun down while it's warming up so you don't have to hold it the entire time. If you have a glue stick already in it, you might want to put a piece of newspaper or cardboard underneath the front to catch drips. The first time you load the gun it's going to take at least two sticks to get it started. As the sticks that are provided with the gun are the short style, [about 4 inches], and once your gun is warmed up, one stick will fit completely inside the tool and you'll need the second one to add enough stick. Stick so it can grab and push the stick for feed. One feature of this gun doesn't have which would be handy. Is the ability to change tips. This entry-level glue gun only has a single tip that cannot be changed. For some repairs, it's handy to have smaller tips to get into smaller openings, but this one is more generalistic. With the high/low temperature switch built into the handle portion of the gun, you can switch it back and forth between the two main types of glue sticks for different types of repairs or crafts. Keep in mind you’ll still have some residue in the gun from the old stick when you swap types of glue stick. Another thing this kit does not come with that would be handy, is some kind of a case to store it in. For now, I'm putting it back in the cardboard box, but I plan on getting a nice zipper pouch to keep it in. All in all, this is a good starter-level glue gun, or if you need one that's a less expensive type to use and abuse in your shop. Black& Decker is a good name and they've been around a long time, so I give them a good deal of trust.
