Lets water leak

The drain slowly leaks water from my tub. I want to return it but don’t want to uninstall and not have a tub while I wait, as we use this in our kids’ tub. They want me to send this one back but I don’t know why I should have to go through the trouble to send back something that they can not sell again

Kingston is no help

This item came with the drain stopper standoff bent so it won't seat properly. Clearly it's damaged. It's advertised as brass, but it appears the majority of this is pot metal. Called Kingston customer service, and got nothing but attitude, and eventually told if I bought it through Amazon, I'll have to return it to Amazon.

On the Off-Chance You Had Our Problem

One problem with Jacuzzi is that parts are essentially unobtainable in the U.S. A worker managed to loss the cap, the thing you push to pop up the drain plug. Rats! Now we';; have to tear out the drain. But luckily, we found that this looked just like what was shipped with the Jacuzzi tub and it turns out to be an exact fit. Just took off the cap and screwed it on the installed Jacuzzi-provided drain. An expensive little cap, but nothing compared to the grief of finding Jacuzzi parts.

Heavy Duty Brass

This is a heavy duty brass drain assembly. Tried using a different brand and it broke upon installation. This is a stout drain and worked perfectly for a freestanding tub. Highly recommended!

L’importance de la qualité du caoutchouc!

J’ai dû changé la bombe d’un bain neuf qui coulait et dès que j’ai installé ce modèle, le problème était réglé. La raison est simple: le caoutchouc est de bien meilleure qualité.

Makes the tub look better

Took a few tries installing it to get it not to leak. Just had to silicone the top and bottom rubber seals. Looks great and easy to use
