High quality. Short drain pipe
Easy to install instructions. High quality. However the bottom drain pipe was too short. It terminated right in the middle of my floor so I had to get another one (that is not a perfect match) from my local hardware store

Beautiful finish--wonderfully made faucet and drain!
We got the brushed nickel finish for our claw foot tub. The drain pieces were perfectly finished--- just incredibly nice. Everything fit our tub exactly, and nothing leaks. It was hard to install only because of our old house and we had to repair our tub, fix and paint the walls, etc.. The manufacturing tolerance on these pieces was very fine. This is the perfect place to "measure twice, cut once!" The pipes were very long, so must cut off a lot. Be careful you don't scratch these pieces!! We used the tapered gasket on the front of our tub since it was sloped. Picture shows a large Stainless Steel round escutcheon I made custom to hide old water lines through the floor which were copper. This was expensive, but the final result is awesome. Most important--- my wife is happy!

Looks decent, ONLY for side vent or straight back overflow tubs!
It isn't really clear in the description that this is only intended for side vent or straight back overflow tubs. If your overflow is on the slope of the drain end of the tub, this will not work. It requires a PIVOTING head at the overflow. For the $$$ though it's a bit simple with a chain to the drain plug and not a pop up.

Great stylish drain pipe
Stylish and drainpipe doesn't usually go together, but this pipe impressed me. The quality is very good. It was easy to assemble, with plenty of extra gaskets to fit your bath shape. Price was a little high, but it was worth it. It looks great, took no time at all to install. Be careful when cutting the pipes to protect them from scratching or scuffing.

Just refurbished a 110 year old tub. This kit was exactly what I needed. I watched a few YouTube videos before I did the install. Very happy with the results.

Nice product, Very Slow Customer Service
I ordered this product On February 9th. I received it on the 13th but the box had come open in shipping. I was missing 5 parts, the drain plug, chain, screw to hold the chain, and two rubber washers. These are kind of important to drain to work properly. I contacted the company and got an response on the evening of the 13th and confirmed what I needed replaced. The replacement pieces were shipped on the 19th, shipped FedEx Smart Post, which is the slowest service and cheapest available. It is now the 28th and I still do now have them. Supposably they will be delivered on Saturday, March 2nd. So I have a drain I can not use for nearly a month due to the lack of customer service. Had I not contacted them a second time, I would not have received the tracking number and would have thought they forgot about me. They did not willingly give it out without prodding. The product itself is nice and made of brass. It cut very well on my bandsaw for the height adjustment and was brass throughout. I have no complaints there. As well the box coming open in shipping probably wasn't the company's fault either, but the lack of support to get me the pieces I need to actually use my drain is frustrating. So I give the product which is the item reviewed 4 stars due to customer service. Hopefully, I get the pieces soon.... ***Update*** I received some of the parts in the mail. I got 4 of the 5 missing pieces but still do not have the screw that holds everything together at the top. It has now been over a month since ordering and I can not use the drain. The customer service is terrible. I should have sent it back the day I got it and was missing pieces but figured to save on shipping back and forth I would just ask for replacements. Big mistake, but when the drain is imported from China, I guess it takes a while to get replacement parts. I will be calling back for my 3rd time this week today to try and make headway to get the final piece.....

Godd product, missing parts in package.
The product was missing the Overflow Drain assembly. Had to order a separate part from original manufacture. Otherwise a good product. Just wish it was all here.
