Looks great, but beware - arms are heavy and it will probably sag.

This pot filler is super heavy (as it should be) and looks amazing in the packaging. We ordered it several months before installation since we were building a new house and needed our fixtures early in the game. Now that it has been installed, I can see what the other reviewers mean when they say it is too heavy. No matter how level you get the head that screws into the wall, the arms are so heavy that it sags on the wall. It's not much, but its enough to bother me. Unfortunately, since I ordered it so long ago, I cannot return it. I will keep it, and it will be fine. It matches all the other fixtures in my kitchen... but if I had known it was going to do this, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.

Revised Review---Beautiful Item

Product itself is beautiful and very well made. I originally wrote that Kingston Brass ignored my request for additional parts and I only gave item 3 stars. Well, George at KB did mail me the parts I requested on Dec 17, 2014 Therefore, I owe George and Kingston Brass an apology. The package was left on my front porch by a substitute mail man instead on in my mail box located on side of house. So, George, Kingston Brass and people that read my previous review, please accept my apology for the misinformation. Thank you.

Love the look

Love the look of this gaucet. However.....if you have a farm sink....theres no way to install it to be able to get water to fall in center of sink. We made it work, but wish the gooseneck came out a tad further. Other than that....love it.

It is a beautiful, heavy pot filler

We bought this for a house we are building, but were not quite to the stage where we needed yet. I had it packed away in storage and got it out for our plumber to use today. It is a beautiful, heavy pot filler, so as far as happiness with the product, I give it 5 stars. My issue is that I was given two cold knobs rather than a hot and cold. This is a problem because we are running hut water to our pot filler. It seems cheap to have a "c" on a nice fixture when what comes out is "h". I have missed the return window and am not sure to go about getting my "h" knob.

another solid heavy item (like their faucets) that looks & works great! hubby had no issue w/install found diamond drill bit @ lowe's for going through glass backsplash. i get compliments on this & the sink faucet i have all the time! of course the availability, price & shipping was great as always through amazon ????

Wrong handles

The box is labeled KS3105AX same as description, but the only handles inside are for the model KS3105AL. This was ordered to match the sink faucet, Very disappointing. I hope this gets a response from the manufacturer.

Very beautiful! It is heavy but my plumber had no issue installing it. I am in love with it and highly recommend it.
