Beautiful faucet

My husband installed these so I can't speak much to that process but they both worked and look great! Very heavy feel, work great and nice finish. I think they look very attractive!

Came with faulty part

Nice faucet. The included T connector was bad. The manufacturer sent me a replacement and it fixed the issue.

Good quality product - needs some modifications

Although the faucet installation was straight forward, the T connector for main faucet tub needs a better design. The washer placement for the T connector causes the rubber washer to get squeezed inside the faucet tub and thus a leak is caused. Spent at least two hours figuring out this and then fixed it by using a cone washer from another plumbing part which finally allowed the T connector to be tightened and stopped the leak. I recommend manufacturers redesign this part to match the Delta faucet o-ring style design.

Kingston Brass is easy to install, comes with all the parts needed and is made of real brass.

I’ve installed many Kingston Brass fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms. All have impressed me with quality pieces, all threads are good, Orings are good, made of real brass. Not like D3lta fixtures who have sold out to the lowest China bidder with crappy non-standard threads, wrench sizes etc. Kingston Brass is my recommendation. The finish lasts longer than high-end priced WaterWorks. KB is amazing quality.

Well-made faucet

The faucet and valves seem to be well made and installed easily. Since I used the trim rings with their rubber seals, I did not use the silicone around the faucet hole.

Defective part and poor response from manufacturer to send a replacement. Plan to contact BBB

Paid a plumber to come install 2 faucets and found out one was defective and causing water to spray under the sink. Contacted manufacturer by phone and email to get a new part but so far no response.

Small, Difficult to Turn On (and in California these have a very low water flow, that's more like a drip).

If you're buying these faucets in California, be aware that new laws effective Jan. 1, 2016, reduce the water flow by 50%. This low water flow makes using faucets for certain tasks, like cleaning razor blades, ineffective. And I need to have the faucet on twice as long anyway for most tasks anyway. I'm not blaming Kingston for this. But if water flow is important to you, please be advised that every other state doesn't have this stupid restriction. What disappoints me with my Kingston faucets that I bought for more dual master sink vanity, is that they look like miniatures. My other faucets from Am. Standard and Kohler are twice as large. I've been trying to get used to this for the past couple of months, but it's difficult. Another issue is that I need to turn the faucets about 90 degrees to get the miserable low water flow, where my other faucets require less than half this turn. I actually can't turn the faucet on with one motion, but need to re-grip the handle. That's absurd. My plumber told me that's just the way it is. I called Kingston and they couldn't help me. If you by these for use in California, please be aware that new water laws effective Jan. 1, 2016, reduce water flow by 50% or more. It's like a trickle and requires you to keep the faucet on twice as long anyway, and it no longer allows you to clean items, like razor blades. If you need some small looking faucets, that are difficult to turn on, you might like these.

A nice quality faucet

A nice quality piece that comes complete with everything you need less the water supply lines. I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the fact that water doesn't start to flow in the first 1/3 turn of the handle's rotation. Other than that its fine.

Almost fits 4.5" spread of sink valve holes

Really nice looking faucet. I got the one that is chrome with brass/gold highlights. Good quality. Note that this faucet doesn't quite fit a 4.5" spread (center-to-center) on the valve holes of sink. Product description states 4" which is not true. I had to file a bit on the sides of the brass ring base of the spout to get faucet to fit my 4.5" spread on new sink. Works fine. Looks great. Another issue I found here in western Canada is that the professional plumbing stores and Home Depot did not have a replacement hose for the one that runs from the valve to the spout because the supplied hose is an odd size and non-compression fitting. Not sure if it is metric or not. Not a big deal, unless you over-tighten the hose and damage the gasket and can't buy a new one locally.
