Loved the easy install

This package included not only included good instructions, but the design made for easy installation. It was a remarkably quick job. The only concern I have is the plastic connectors. I had plastic connectors on my refrigerator water filter, and they seem to fail annually. But these are a little different, so I'm hoping they'll stay the course. (At least with these, there is no conducted vibration from the refrigerator motor.) They look really nice, feel good in operation. I bought two for a twin sink bathroom - looks like the right way to go.

Liked it better when it was up

The wife pick it out. At first she didn't carry for it. Until it was connected. It looks high class. I may replace the ones on the master bath. Having a problem with one of the valves. Tried fixing it twice. Never worked right when was new.

Easy on the eyes and hand

I just love the way this looks in my bathroom. I also love the easy-turn levers that don't leak. The highly aerated stream seemed very odd at first, but does a fabulous job of rinsing hands quickly with much less water.

good basic faucet

Easy install although I was shorted parts - had to run to Ace. Looks nice and is basic. Water flow isn't great, but all in all a good item for the price.

Terrible customer service from Pfister

I went to install this faucet carefully following the instructions that came with the package. When it was all done, I turned on the water and boom,the cold water supply hose popped off the cold water faucet "valve body". I turned off the water and pushed the hose back on (these hoses are pushed on to the cold and hot water 'valve bodies" and the "center connector" aka faucet). The hot water and central faucet connectors worked, but not the cold water one even after a number of attempts to push it on. So I called 1-800 PFAUCET (the information # listed at the end of the instructions) and was relatively quickly connected to a service rep. After describing the problem, she said the lifetime guarantee for the faucet (or in my situation, the 3 days since the faucet arrived) applied and I would receive a new water supply hose (part number 971-029) in 3 days by FEDEX. After 5 days, I called back and was told that "oh no, it wasn't sent by fed ex but by US mail and would take 7-9 business days (or about 2 weeks since Monday is the Columbus Day holiday). I can forgive the company for occasionally have a problematic piece that needs to be replaced. My problem is the company's failure to expedite this hose. According to them, it is perfectly acceptable for me to wait up to two weeks with NO FAUCET in my bathroom (the old one could not be reinstalled). I find this failure to provide replacement parts in a timely manner UNACCEPTABLE..I spoke with a supervisor to no avail. So, if you are willing to gamble that the product sent to you is going to be ok, then perhaps you should buy the faucet (don't know since I can't operate the one I bought yet). If not, go to another company's faucet since one clearly cannot depend on Pfister to follow through with getting replacements for faulty parts to you very quickly.,

Work of art

It comes with everything included the drain stop and hoses plus instructions. Needs three holes on the granite. The holes are made when they bring the granite home, don't expect in most cases that they bring the granite pre drilled.

Attractive faucet

Bought this to replace one of our master bath sink faucets. I installed it myself and by no means am I very handy. If I can install it, anyone can. The faucet itself is nice and feels solid. Would buy again.

Good looking product!

I chose this Pfister faucet set for its streamline design. It is very good looking, well made, and functional. The installation manual is very easy to follow for the at home handyman.
