Well built, seems to be very sturdy

It is a perfect replacement for the 25-year old ones that I replaced, but much sturdier. The rods for the pop-up system are extra long to fit most applications but they can be cut down to size as needed

Great quality at much lower price and big brand names

I was impressed with the quality and the finish. These are solid brass and very well built but were only a fraction of the price of the big name brands. I am impressed and will buy again.

High quality below the sink, flawed above

The material quality below the sink is 5-stars, but flaws above the sink drop it down to 3. I installed 4 of these. I’m all 4 cases, the plug itself has a lot of wiggle room from left-to-right, which means when sitting idle the plug is usually not standing straight, which is noticeable for anyone who catches asymmetry in these types of things (like me). Also as other reviews have noted, water sits on top of the plug and the flange. GREAT build quality below the sink - brass/metal, very heavy and sturdy. But flaws above are its weakness, and that’s all people see after installation.

Due to the design of the top flange, it’s too level and doesn’t drain all the water past the pop-up. With oil rubbed bronze this will shorten the life of the finish. I’ll roll with it.

High quality in all regards.

This is a high quality product. Everything that should be made of metal is made of metal. Furthermore the finish is perfect. Even the packaging was well done. It's rare in today's world to find something like this along side all the garbage plastic that is generally peddled. I will be surprised if this doesn't out live me.

Very Good Quality

Much better quality than expected. Solid brass parts that fit together well. No leaks with proper installation...Plumber's Putty and Teflon Tape. Don't use silicone caulk! I will be ordering another one for my other lavatory.

Where do I begin? I would purchase something else.

Bought two of these, installed them but they leaked. Several reinstall attempts, lots of teflon tape and puddy for under the flange (their recommendation of using silicon doesn't seal), I got these stable. One of them won't hold water in the sink. Both drain plug lengths are too short, don't sit high enough when fully extended so you are left with a sink that drains very slowly. All brass, seems well made, but the installation and functional challenges have made me regret this purchase. I'll live with it because its too much of a hassle to redo again.
