Great tool, could use some adjustments
Let me start with I LOVE this color it’s made getting back to work super easy. && I use this cooler Monday-Friday starting at 6:30 am when I load the milk for daycare into it, then I take it with me to work and put my pumped milk into it while I’m at work because who really wants to put their milk in a shared fridge. So I do use it a lot but it’s only been a month and the edge is starting to come undone where it bends to open which is probably just wear and tear. I just wanted to put this out there so that in the future maybe kiinde can reinforce those edges or even make the bending part a little thicker to prevent the separation. It doesn’t effect me using it and so far hasn’t changed how anything is kept but eventually the tear might so I just wanted to put it out there.

Ice packs not ideal for traveling everywhere internationally
I purchased this bag because we take a couple of vacations a year with at least one of them being international and I wanted something to be able to keep breastmilk and food pouches cold during long flights. Our last duration of traveling was roughly 18hrs. Everything left at the end of the journey to our location was still as cold as it was when I put it in there and the ice packs were barely beginning to unthaw. U.S. laws allow ice packs for this purchase however, other countries are NOT the same which is why I gave this only two stars for traveling. We ended our trip in London, where I packed this bag the same as I did when we left the U.S., the ice packs were frozen solid when we went through security. They got flagged just like here only this time they were taken and thrown in the trash. Why? Because the ice pack does not have the volume printed on it. They said it appeared small enough to meet their requirements however, without the volume printed in the ice pack, it is not allowed unless we have a prescription. I was not aware infants need prescriptions to be fed.????????‍♀️ Mind you I was holding my infant as the agent is telling me this. I was instructed to get a bag of ice from a restaurant in the airport. Of course after a 9 hour flight the ice melted and everything inside was ruined. The bag has horrible water stains on the outside too. I should have done research on other countries laws I didn’t I would have issues since we have not in Mexico, France, and the U.S. If the manufacturer could add this little detail to their packaging it would receive 5 stars from me.

Compact, easy to use, lifesaver.
I love this. It is easy to use, the milk always touches a cold pack the way it's designed. Suitable for safe storage of your milk all day while you work, clearly designed by someone who knew what she wanted in a milk cooler.

Did not hold up to 3 months of use
I'll start off by saying I am a huge fan of the Kiinde brand, and have used their bottle warmers, storage bags, and feeding system (shell/nipples) for two kids over 4 years. When I saw this bag, I bought it right away as a convenient way to store my bags and keep them cold on the way to daycare. After a couple months of use, I can't recommend the product based on its quality. First, there were lots of loose threads on the stitching, many of which had to be trimmed carefully in order to not grow into holes. Second, one of the two ice packs expanded and "popped," with gel oozing all over the bag. The other gel pack also filled up with air and looks like it's ready to pop, so I have stopped using it. Unfortunately, the quality of this product is not consistent with the Kind brand.

Very Handy Cooler!
I bought this cooler, as well as a festive Vera Bradley cross body cooler in preparation for my 1st weekend away from my LO. We went to Vegas and I pumped the entire trip. I knew I wouldn't be able to fit my weekend stash in the Kiinde cooler, so bought the Vera also. To my surprise, I was able to pack 4 more Kiinde BM bags in the Kiinde cooler than in the Vera! I managed to fit six 8 ounces Kiinde BM bags and two 6 ounces Kiinde BM bags into this cooler. The material and zipper are both sturdy, as no wear or tear resulted from this massive stuffing for our trip home! The cooler even managed to keep my BM cold for nearly 15 HOURS (from hotel checkout to Home-Sweet-Home), while staying completely leakproof with the help of the handy ice packs provided with the cooler!!! Wish I could say the same about the Vera, however it came with no ice packs, and left a huge puddle of melted ice on the plane. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. My only hope is that Kiinde comes out with an XL version for my next weekend away! Product Review BGW9X.

Stains easily
The product works as you would expect. Unfortunately, one of the zipper ice pack pouches broke within the first month of using. The outside stains pretty easily as well. Any liquid substance will leave a stain on the outside of the pack, including water.

Worth the buy if you use breastmilk storage bags
I absolutely love this bag. I struggled with a similar size regular lunch cooler which worked well but was so unorganized which made it difficult when I needed a quick bag of breastmilk. I love the pouches, it can hold 6 bags. I rarely need this many so it’s great to store extra kiinde nipples and bottle (as shown in the picture). the separate zipper bag for the ice pack is perfect to keep everything nice and neat. It’s small and great for on the go. My baby is 3 months old and it’s easy to carry even with the car seat on the other arm. So far I’ve had no issues with anything durability wise. I’ve been using it for almost a month multiple times a day. It’s definitely worth the buy if you use breastmilk bags.

Great for travel
Keeps everything cold for a good amount of time! It has 6 slots for bags, but if the bags aren’t frozen in the plastic slot tray that the kiinde system comes with (freezer tray) then I’m not sure if all 6 bags will fit. It’s great because it’s a small bag so it won’t take up too much room or anything. Easy to travel with and comes with ice packs.
