Perfect for our Omlet Eglu Cube Chicken Coop
We got this for the egg door and the poop tray latch on our Eglu Cube Chicken Coop. We wanted to prevent raccoons and other predators from accessing our chickens. Works perfectly; easy for us to open and close. Would recommend

Works for my 3 year old
I’ll give it a good review because my 3 year old still hasn’t figured them out and it’s been months. My 4.5 year old has however figured out every door knob cover I’ve bought so far.

Great for larger round knobs!
I bought these after trying the typical round locks you can find at Wal-Mart or Target. Turns out our door knobs are slightly larger than average and the basic locks weren't big enough to turn easily around them. I was desperate to find something to keep our very curious, very destructive 2 year old out of certain rooms. These work perfectly! They fit easily onto our large knobs and are easier enough for adults and my 6 year old to use but too complicated for an impatient 2 year old. Would highly recommend!

I bought several types of these knob-cover devices. This one worked best for our home.
I could make all types of knob-cover devices work, but this one had the best grip on the door with extra leverage (by design) and it had good grabbing surface rubber. This is the only one that my wife could work because of the good grab and extra leverage.

Not a deterrent
This product is great until employed it takes very little to get a grip and open a door my toddler had it figured out the first day

Fits and easy to open the door
Update: after about 1 week, my two year old was openijg her door with this. It appears that its a bit too easy to open. Don't waste your money If you're coming here after realizing the safety 1st product does not fit your door, this one should fit quite well! If you're here after using the products that have rubber pinchers but DONT OPEN ANYTHING, this product is what you need. Seriously, it fits, it actually opens the door without any cuss words being said, and install was a breeze. It doesn't seem entirely sturdy though, but we will see how it holds up. I don't care, I'm just happy I won't have a wandering toddler looking for snacks at 3 am anymore.

Works well with larger-necked knobs.
The media could not be loaded. We got this one since the Safety1st brand was too skinny in the back, and wouldn’t wrap around the neck of our door knobs. This one fits that great, but relies on two grippy pads that you pinch together to grab and turn the doorknob. The pads don’t have amazing grip strength, so I sometimes have to try multiple times before I can actually turn the knob. It’s a bit of a nuisance, but it still keeps my toddler out of the bathroom, so it’s worth it. And it’s easy enough to use that my seven-year-old can open the locked doors no problem.

I keep buying more!!!
These door knob locks are a bit finicky to put on, but you wouldn’t want it to be easy. If it were easy then your child would figure out how to take them off. I have these all over my house. They are super easy for the adults to use, but tricky enough that my child can’t figure it out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Didn't fit any of my doorknobs
We bought a couple different door knob protectors and it seems that they've been made for door knobs over from over 30 years ago it's not just this product it's all of them i had to go to a second hand store to find an old door knob thankfully he did .

Too small for large door knobs
I bought these because another reviewer said they'd work for larger doorknobs where other brands don't. They don't fit our Weiser ones so I can't use them.
