Great for the price!
Overall, this was a great option for me. The size was perfect for my tiny kitchen and I like that it can store 18 spices super effectively. It's sturdy and I love that it comes with an option to hang this on a wall as well! I think getting all of these spices included for this price is great. I just moved into a new place with no spices on hand, so getting something that had some spices included was top priority for me. It's not a complete set of all the spices you may want, but it's a really good starting point. The spices I've used so far have been great in quality and flavor. Would recommend.

Versatile rack and great customer support
This is really great spice/Rack, but their customer support incredibly helpful. I have their 20/jar countertop, which serves me greatly, but our kitchen become more and more busy, so we need more jars. Solution will be something like Criss Cross. In beginning we bought two 18 jars, later we add another one. Look very cute and match perfectly their jars, and can hang on wall. But most importantly you can build these racks indefinitely, like on top each other as many you want. You can also place them vertically side by side on table without drilling wall, they are perfectly stable. When two racks joint together (in vertical), the section between them well become as regular square, so you can put jars in them as long the rack is stable (it will be if filled with jars). We liked their seasoning blend very much, Herpes De Provenance, Italian, and particularly Pizza.

Now I can bask in my own spiciness!
I am really pleased with my new spice rack. I thought I was going to put them inside my cabinet like another reviewer had posted photos of doing, so I just ordered two. Upon getting them, I realized that I might just be able to fit them on my kitchen wall in an odd blank spot I have had to stare at since purchasing our home. And, sure enough, they fit! So, of course, I decided to order two more and completely fill the space. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. To hang them this way, I had to remove one of the brackets on the back and reorient it to hang vertically. The head of the little brass screws strip out super easy. Make SURE you have the right size bit when doing this, and be careful, or you won't be able to screw it back in. I used some little rubber bumpers on the back of the rack to make sure the hanging equipment wouldn't interfere with how the jars sit once installed on the wall. I also used a few tiny finishing nails in the corners to make sure the rack would swing side to side any at all. I only really have a few slightly negative comments about this product, but they are not big enough to effect my overall rating of this product. I REALLY wish they would sell this rack without the filled spices. Since I ordered 4 sets, I certainly didn't need four basil, four parsley, etc. I dumped the extras in plastic bags and gave to relatives that might need to refresh their spices a bit. But it still felt wasteful, and it was a pain to then have to run all the jars through the dishwasher, and then meticulously dry each one just so I could fill them. I also bought a large package of labels so that everything would match. Peeling the original labels off was delightfully easy...they all came off in one piece, with no residue left behind. I was pretty grateful for that. But still, I really wish this set came with just the rack, or with at least empty bottles as well. But that's really not that big of a deal. The only other complaint is that the plastic lid on the jars is pretty flimsy. I knocked over one of the jars, and the lid cracked open. Since I am using this vertically, I have more bottles than spaces, so that's not too big of a deal. But I feel like I should probably find matching bottles soon, since I am sure there will be more casualties to follow. When fitting more than one together, side by side or on top of one another...they will not perfectly match up. There will be fluctuations in the diamonds meeting up evenly. It took A LOT of adjusting to get it somewhat even. I may decide later to take all four down and actually mount them to a board to get them a bit more even. But to be honest, once the spices are in place, you won't notice the uneveness as much. Except the very center diamond where all four meet...that space is a good bit larger than the other spaces. Just know if you are trying to do this, you will really need to map it on a flat spot first, and play around with which ones meet up with one another best. Honestly, if I had more room, I would have done a much more fun, irregular pattern. You could make a really interesting pattern by linking them together in a more random way. Overall, I spent $120 roughly, buying four of these, to put this together like this. But now I have the potential to store roughly 70 jars of spices. I really like the way it looks, and it might feel like a lot of money, but now I have SO much more room in my upper cabinet, it's like I built on more space.

Very cute spice organizer. Box did not contain labels upon receipt. However, I emailed to support contact included in the box and got a reply within a couple hours. They took my Amazon order number and address then shipped a set of labels within the week.

The variety kinda stinks...
No five spice, cumin, pepper, or sage. Includes totally unnecessary things, like sea salt, celery salt, and seasoning salt. Celery powder would be better, with maybe lemon zest and lavender being better choices instead. Everyone who is ordering this probably has salt. However, it doesn't include any pepper in any form. The blends are pretty redundant; there's Pizza, Italian, and Herbes de Provence.... All of whom share many of the herbs that are already included separately. They also have a quite limited refill program. I would've loved to be able to build this set with the spices and herbs I would've preferred.

I had been looking at this for a while. It is surprisingly difficult to find a spice rack that can be put on the counter, without taking up too much counter space. I was surprised to see that this comes with the rack, bottles (pre labeled) and the actual spices. Not sure just how fresh the spices are as I have not worked my through using them all yet, but the one I tried were relatively fresh. The rack itself is nice and fairly heavy, which I like because it means it won't constantly toppled over. There are two hooks on the back to hang the rack on the wall, but honestly, I don't get how those two little hooks will keep this spice rack on the wall as it does get fairly heavy when all the bottles are inserted. The bottles come with the names of each spices on the top cover, which is perfect because the bottles are inserted sideways - you can easily see which spice is which. I like that most of the more common spices are represented, but there are a few that I will never use and plan on reusing the bottles for spices I do use. The only issue being that now, I will have to replace the name of the spice on the top of the bottle, which is a problem because it will not look like the other bottles - the downside of having pre labelled "labels". The following spices, that I use a lot are not represented here. Tumeric, cinnamon, paprika, allspice, nutmeg , chilis nor black pepper. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I find this spice rack expensive. I am happy with this purchase.

Looks great!
I am very picky about my decor and waited months before finding the right spice rack. I honestly might buy a second one! It looks great on the counter, above the stove or hanging on the wall, very sturdy and has a nice colour. It came with a whole bunch of spice which was very nice. The jars themselves are so-so but new ones are cheap.

Perfect size
The spice rack was unique in shape and a great price. I liked that it came with a bunch of spice too. It was really easy to wall mount the rack as it came with the hardware. The price was reasonable compared to other spice racks that I was looked at.

Gorgeous spice rack - compliments galore
I have had this spice rack for a couple of years now and everyone who sees it complements me on how nice it is! I have used both wall mounted and on the bench and both options look great. I purchased two and use them stacked on top of eachother. Alternatively you could easily mount them to a board to avoid stacking. Free spice option doesn't really apply in Australia, but I didn't purchase for that reason so wasn't an issue for me.
