Amazing while it sticks. Customer service is A+

I got this in June 2020 and my cats absolutely LOVE IT. My cats are 16lbs each and they both could squeeze up there together without issue. It's truly been the best thing I've gotten them, it's made them so happy. The ledge has been incredibly sturdy, even with two cats on it at once (one 13lbs and one 16lbs), with no sagging or wobbling. I was never worried about it coming loose. But yesterday, 12/01/2020, when my cat jumped onto it, it shifted and sagged. He jumped back down because it scared him. When I looked, all three suction cups had come loose so it was only kinda holding on via the canopy and the bottom of the window sill. I cleaned the window, cleaned the suction cups, then pressed them firmly back onto the window. This seemed to work and it felt just as sturdy as it had the past 6 months. When I got home this morning (12/02/2020) the ledge was skewed, and when I check it the left and middle suction cups had failed again. I pressed them back onto the window again but I'm sure they're going to unstick again tomorrow, and it could potentially injure my cat if he jumps up and it falls, or it falls while he's trying to sleep on it. I am incredibly disappointed now and upset that it was so expensive and stopped sticking at 6 months and that my cats have lost a highly enriching piece of furniture. I feel like the safest option is to get a traditional cat tree and put it by the window. I'm giving this 3 stars because it's been so amazing for 6 months, but I can't give it 5 stars since it's no longer sticking at 6 months. Edit 12/03/2020: I contacted the seller through their website and explained the issue, and after asking for a copy of my invoice and a picture of the ledge, they've offered to send me new suction cups free of charge. Once those arrive and I fix the ledge, I'll edit with another update. After I messaged them through a contact form on their website they got back to me by email within a couple hours, so their response time and friendliness is excellent. It'll take up to about 10 days for the replacement cups to get here.

The cats love it

I put this up on the window a couple months ago. I am not particularly good at putting things together and following installation instructions, but apparently they were easy enough that I got it done without too much effort, frustration or errors. I rated it 5 stars overall because the cats love it, clearly feel comfortable on it, and it hasn't fallen off the window. I had doubt the suctions cups and the plastic legs would really work to hold it up, but it works like a charm. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness and thickness just because the plastic legs on the bottom just seem less sturdy to me than I expected for something that is weight bearing. My cats each weigh less than 20 pounds and they never get on it at the same time, so I'm sure it is sturdiness enough for my household, but I have some doubts that it would hold as much as the product description says it would hold. But I am certainly no expert on those kinds of things. As you can see from the picture, Lexi is a fan. I had to put some cat nip on the mat at first to get the cats to try it out, but now they take turns laying in it, with Lexi being the bigger fan than my other cat, Cody. Definitely worth the purchase price for me.

Our Cats LOVE This!

We have an old house, and the window glass is only 23" wide. Our old window perches were for wider windows so couldn't use one of the bottom suction cups, but the other 3 kept them in place. It was past time to replace them, and we decided to try one of these, which is made for smaller windows. Very impressed with the looks and construction, and the strength of the suction cups. One cat almost immediately claimed it for his own (the other has to sneak in when he's not in the room) so we're ordering a second one. Funny thing - they don't look through the 'porthole' to see into the room, just stick their heads out of the side :-)

Great durability! Not worth the extra $15 for the enclosure part.

Very sturdy! My cats love watching the birds on this window perch! However, I spent a bit extra on getting this one with the peekaboo enclosure, and I’m am sad I did, the roof part is made of flimsy material, it’s not stiff at all and does not look appealing like in the picture. So I ended up just leaving that part hanging because it was cost prohibitive to return it and get the perch without the roof enclosure. I really love this perch besides that! Very sturdy, cats jump on and off and haven’t had an issue yet, suction cups works great. It would be 5 stars if it weren’t for the bad quality of the enclosure part. It needs stiff heavy wiring to make it sturdy!

Soft & durable!

I originally got this to put in my car for a cross country road trip (40 total car hours) for my two kittens. I wanted to give them an area where they could just lay and stare out the window without sneaking under my pedals while I was driving. It stuck to my window and fit perfectly. They loved it. It's now hanging on my back door and it hasn't fallen off. Both kittens weigh about 8lbs and they've both been on it at the same time. Jumping from the couch. Very durable. Will keep updated when kittens get heavier, but it seems to be holding up very well! They also lean against the small window alot, so the shape of it is a bit weird now. Still looks good though!

Great

Great product. I bought this for my cat so he can sit in the window during our roadtrip. The pegs underneath dont really stay on super well in the car or not. They fall out kinda easily.. Should be better for the price but other than that the bed itself is great quality and he loves to use it.

So worth it!

My cats were initially skeptical of this window seat and I had to physically place them on it a couple times, but now they LOVE it! I live in a city with lots of row homes and I love that Dave and Delilah can watch the world go by on this comfy perch. I also like to think that they bring joy to everyone who walks past. The suction has held up perfectly so far, but I also followed the directions to a tee. Dave is a big boy and he's had no issues on this seat. I plan to clean and restick it every few months like they recommend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for your kitty friends!

SUPER SUCTION

There is nothing Tilly dislikes about her new comfy viewing platform. She is quite a lump, the platform is under a bit of stress though so far holding strong and will keep regular checks on its stability. Great little port hole for her to keep a check on things while enjoying her own space. Easy enough to assemble with a bit of available adjustment. Very happy all round!!

Good product, came damaged

Looks cozy and the removable cover will be handy for future washes. I'm very disappointed that the product arrived damaged. The box also appeared to have already been opened?

Canopy is not sturdy enough!

Very disappointed in this item. The wires in the canopy are not nearly sturdy enough. Not only did the canopy look sloppy but a quick investigation by a kitten flattened it completely. We had to put the canopy back up over and over again. After a mere three weeks, the wires at broken in the canopy and it really doesn’t stay up at all anymore. It’s too bad because the suction is good and the bed itself is quite nice.

Cheap quality

This product is garbage. A couple bends of the cover and the supports snap and won't stay up. Very poor quality.
