Solid Jack
This floor jack seems like it'll last forever. It's heavy, strong and solid. I've only used it a few times but it reminds me of the floor jacks I used as a kid back in the 70's at a gas station. It has no problem lifting my 08 1500 Silverado. We'll see how it holds up.

It’s actually bigger in person it’s very heavy I must say. Good for heavy duty work ..just don’t over work it ..and use quality oil for lubrication and it should last

Don't Need to Add Oil-- Came Ready to Use, Went to Work in Minutes
Apr. 2022 Update: It's been a little under a year since I got this and it still works great. I'm not a mechanic, but I do my own oil changes and tire rotations, so this sees use about every other month. So far I have noticed zero issues with it-- it still functions as new. ------------------- One other reviewer stated that they had to add oil, that was not the case with mine. It came well boxed up (despite being about 70 lbs, the packaging was not destroyed, it was in good shape) and all I had to do was remove a plastic shipping clip (see black plastic piece in photo), and it was good to go. One thing to note, is don't be an idiot like me. I didn't thread in the bolt that captures the handle on the jack (you'll see when you get it, foam side down to protect your car, knurled part of the handle at the top to hold on to), so my handle came out after I had the jack under the car. The part the handle goes into spring up so it was a paint to get the handle back in, but eventually I got it sorted. Anyways, don't do that. Otherwise, I had no leaks, it's robust, and works great. When it is not under load, it raises quickly. So in about 3-4 pumps the jack was in contact with my car. It took about another 20 half pumps (I have the jack buried under the car a ways and couldn't do a full stroke) to then raise my car 4 or 6 inches to get stands under it. This is heavy (again, 70 pounds or so), but wheels around well and you can even use the long handle to scoot it side to side a bit (against the direction of the wheels) for fine tuning the placement under your car if needed. So, it's heavy, but not too heavy to manhandle. Overall construction seems great. All metal, finish looks good, no plastic whatsoever, nothing was loose or needed tweaking-- it was out of the box and under the car in just a few minutes.

Easy to use, reliable and powerful.
This review is for: SATA Heavy Duty Service Jack (2.5T) - ST97813SC (Regular Jack)SATA Heavy Duty Service Jack (2.5T) - ST97813SC (Regular Jack) Unfortunately we had to use this jack recently when my 2009 Murano got a flat. My husband threw it in the bed of his truck and it was incredibly easy to use to lift up my car to change out the flat. So much easier than having to deal with the crappy jack my car comes with. It is heavy and takes up a little bit of space, but the leaver can be taken apart and it can slide underneath spaces for storage which more than makes up for it's size. Super happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Well made with really smooth control valve
SATA Heavy Duty Service Jack My husband has been wanting a new jack for a long time, so when I saw this, I jumped on it. After using this for the past couple of weeks, this jack exceeded his expectations. He says the dual-pistons really do make a difference in lifting speed and the control valve is smooth and doesn't bind like a lot of jacks tend to. The front wheels are solid steel and large enough to roll right over small rocks and debris that always accumulate on concrete. The upper handle has a button that snap-locks into the lower handle which makes it easy if you need to fit it in the trunk of a car or behind the seat of a truck and the lower handle is secured by a pin-bolt that can be easily removed with a wrench if you need to make it even more compact. It was meant to be a companion to his 30-year-old floor jack, but it turned out to be a significant upgrade. Highly recommend.

Durable and reliable
The SATA Heavy Duty Service Jack (2.5T) is a very much needed item for us. We own larger vehicles and the little scissor lift jacks that came with our vehicles just don't cut it. They didn't lift our vehicles high enough to be able to change tires. This jack was the fix to our car maintenance problems. Its smooth and easy to use. It is heavy duty and secure. It fits under the tool box of the truck and is available when we need it.

Super sturdy and well-made
This is one of the better service jacks we've used. We restore cars and having one of these that's reliable is essential. It worked great right out of the box. I was really pleasantly surprised at how heavy it is. It's smooth, raises fast, and does not get stuck.
