Great for making sure a door stops
I needed to add this to my garage side door to ensure it does not open wide enough to hit the back of a car parked in the garage and it worked great for that purpose. I needed an even bigger angle than this allowed, so I added a block of wood to one side and it now works nicely.

Works on the door that I needed it for
This doorstop has worked well on the door that I purchased it for. It is a little expensive compared to other doorstops that I have used in the past but I really like the adjustability that this doorstop provides. I would purchase this item for another door if I needed one.

Sturdy and won't bend like other arms.
Hope this stopper last using externally, but liked the build and seems like quality steel.

It worked perfect!
I used this on my pantry door so that it wouldn’t hit into my glass entry door. The previous one that the builders installed was too small and my door would always bang into each other. This way I can control how far the pantry door opens so there is no contact with the glass door. I love it! If you can love something as simple as a door stopper. It’s funny what makes you happy as an adult. I highly recommend.

Heavy Duty
These are seriously heavy duty and adjustable. Got tired of buying the cheaper thin versions that kept breaking and invested in these. You won't be disappointed.

Doesn't fit most doors
I ordered two of the door stops. I read the reviews insaying the holes were too small for the door hinge. Unfortunately, the other reviews did not provide enough info for me to know if these would work for me. The hole was about 1/4 inch. My pins are 5/16 inch. I had to drill out the plastic insert using a 5/16 drill bit which removed all the plastic. The modified door stops seem to work OK but if your pins are 5/16 inch you may not want to order these.

This is the door protector to buy
It was a bit more difficult to install because the nylon insert will not fit the standard hinge pin. I had to use a mallet on a bench vise to force it on. That being said, it works perfectly and can be adjusted SECURELY. Other types have a threaded bolt which eventually strips out (the body is usually made from cheap cast metal with very little strength). I will purchase these for all the entry doors to prevent hitting the opposing wall or damaging a wood closet door

Simple but effective, easy enough to put on/ in place. Take pin out insert door stop replace pin back into hinge with stopper. Can't get any easier ( I don't think)

Amazing substitute for stoppers at the bottom of the doors
We have a couple of doors which would bang against each other if opened at the same time. So there was no option of putting a stopper at the bottom of the door. We would have had to put it on one of the doors, which would still be a bad option as the door handles were banging against each other! These door stoppers came to the rescue. On the stopper we also reduced the maximum angle of opening the door. And worked beautifully. It's very easy to install and doesn't take more than 5 mins to install it. The ends are made of rubber, so that doesn't damage the door. Go for it, you'll love them too!

Works as intended
This Schlage door stop was purchase to prevent a door from hitting our washing machine. The install was simple and it works as intended. No issues so far.

Great product
Easy to install. Bought other door stops prior to this one and this one is much better and is much more heavier duty. Do yourself a favor and dont buy the cheaper style that will break once a bit of pressure is applied to it. Buy this one and your set.
