3 Stage Undersink Filter

I needed to replace my 7 year old Ispring RCC 7 RO system. I decided on the US 31 3 stage system because I did not want the tank under the sink. My refrigerator is also being fed by this. I installed to the existing connections and faucet. Very happy with this system and also Ispring customer support who I called with a few questions. Nick answered the phone and answered my questions as well as sent me a new wrench to replace the one I broke.

Excellent option

It was ease to install, it came with all hardware included to make it ease, no leaks, till now testing it for 2 months and no complains, excellent water pressure, all first buyers will see the water oxigenación bubbles for a few days, but that didn't mean a bad thing, u recommend close the filter supply plastic water valve half way to reduce water pressure circulating filters for a few days if u don't like to see water bubbles. Fully recommended

Gets rid of bad taste!

We have the absolute worse city water! We live in a rural community and our water does come from a lake and it tastes like it. It either tastes like a lake or strong chlorine. I finally invested in one of these under sink filters and the water tastes like bottled water. So good! I should have bought one years ago! My husband is handy and he installed in about 45 minutes including drilling a hole for the dispenser. We have had zero leak issues. At first you will see air bubbles in the water and the dispenser will drip as it regulates. It states this in the directions as well. It subsides. I can't speak to how long the filters will last but the replacements are cheaper than the one we put in our refrigerator which only last a couple months in our house and the bad taste comes back. So long term this will save us money. Highly recommend if you have nasty water!

Perfect for ISpring counter top water filter

I used this to be able to move our ISpring CKC 1C farther from the kitchen faucet. All hardware included can be used to either connect it to the existing hose for an extension. I cut 3 feet and connected it to the hose of the ISpring CKC 1C. You can also just cut the length you want and connect it directly from the faucet to the ISpring with the included hardware (there is a small transparent piece that goes into the end of the hose that connects to the ISpring. Now our water filter is sitting in the corner of the counter and out of the way.

Meets expectations

Purchased this system based on prior customer reviews. Nice product. Installed as a remote system in the laundry room below the kitchen sink. Purchased this unit to replace a similar system that I installed in my residence 40 years ago. Nicely packaged, unit, easy to follow instructions. Installed easily. My only issue was the O-ring on the stage 3 filter came with a kink and i was concerned it would not seat properly and be cause for a leak upon system pressurization. With some TLC and extra lubrication it appears to be functioning properly. No leaks. So far so good. A backup O-ring and lubricant included in the packaging would have been appreciated. I do like the quick connect fittings for where the water lines attach to the unit. Follow up to kinked O-ring: I contacted Sean at iSpring and he promptly sent a set of backup O-rings. The customer reviews regarding Sean and the company were right-on. Nice product, good prompt service. I would highly recommend them for those reasons. Thanks again Sean.

Excellent customer service

I purchased the iSpring water filter after having difficulty finding replacement filters for the Whirlpool filter we had been using. I found the iSpring filter to be reasonably priced, and it also seemed to have replacement filters readily available at a very good price. I also liked the streamlined appearance of the faucet. I had it professionally installed, and found the taste of the water to be excellent. However, after 4 months it started leaking around the base of the unit where it attaches to the sink. I contacted iSpring customer service and reached Michele. She promptly sent out replacement filters and a new faucet. I appreciated Michele’s response and professionalism in staying in touch with me via emails throughout the process. Hopefully, once installed, this new unit will not leak.

So far, so good!

I had previous positive experience with an iSpring countertop filter but we recently put in a new kitchen faucet and there is no way to connect it. So, after getting some water testing and really seeing what needed to be reduced, I decided on this under-sink triple filter system. I like that it uses relatively standard 10x2.5 filters. You can get whatever types of filter cartridges you need in that size and use them in this system. It comes with a 5 micron sediment filter, a GAC filter, and a carbon block CTO filter. Since I don’t need high flow, I’ll replace the GAC with another carbon block at next filter change. Installation was fairly smooth. I had a few leaks at first, but they were my fault. The quick connect tubing really, really has to be inserted to full depth to work. I recommend you follow the directions and put a little Sharpie mark on the tubing so you know when it’s fully seated. Other than that, no problems, everything works as intended. Registration went smoothly and was handled by a real, live person via email. I’ve read good things about iSpring customer service. Keep up the good work!

Super duper easy to install

I installed this in about 15 minutes under the sink at my cottage. Very easy to install and the filters do a wonderful job filtering the water from our sandpoint well. The water tastes better than the water I get from my house in the city. We had a power outage at the cottage and the system froze and some parts cracked due to this. Michelle at iSpring was amazing and got me all the necessary replacement parts needed to get me drinking clean water again. Great product, great service and amazing staff.

Good RO filter, good after sales service

The filter package arrived very well packaged - one of the best I've seen. The parts fitted together without a hitch and installation was straight forward. The recommended installation video was worth watching. The filter did take up a fair amount of under-counter space (see photo). Tubing, unit and fittings were all water-tight, but my faucet had a slow leak - small amounts dripped out over an hour or two. I contacted the iSpring customer service (Nick handled my complaint), and a new faucet was sent after clarifying the problem. Nick also sent me a small token gift as a good-will gesture for my troubles and was appreciated. Overall, I am pleased with the filter and it has performed as expected. Recommended both for the RO-filter and after-sales service. Tak - Oakville, Canada.

Good system, would recommend!

This system is easy to install and it's not too big. Water has a slightly odd taste and is a bit bubbly in the beginning, but the odd taste and bubbles goes away after a while. The quality and the looks of the parts are quite good (i.e. the faucet). The faucet that I received was faulty and started to leak, so that's why it's not quite 5/5 stars. Even though customer service (through their online ticketing system) was slow in the beginning, in the end, they were able to ship some new replacement parts to me to fix the leak. Sean was was particularly helpful as he understood my issue quickly and helped me resolved my issue quickly. Thanks again Sean! Generally would recommend!

Nearly perfect water.....

This is an outstanding RO system. I bought a water tester (TDS type) to compare store bought spring water, our well water from the tap (that is only sediment filtered and UV treated), and the water from our RO tap. The results spoke for themselves.... Bottled spring water= 155 ppm Well water from the tap= 172 ppm iSpring’s RO water= 29 ppm I had to do the test twice because I couldn’t believe my eyes. The results were nearly identical. The system makes nearly perfect water.... our family couldn’t be happier with this product. I also bought the ice maker kit and it was a snap to hookup. The system’s installation Instructions were good but I did notice a couple of inaccuracies as I guess the product has been updated so some steps are a little different from what’s depicted. The videos are somewhat helpful, but like the printed instructions, they too should be updated to reflect the current product. Overall though it was a fairly straightforward hookup for anyone who is handy. I had one very minor issue with respect to some missing clips and the free spare parts bag wasn’t included. Fortunately, Richard at customer service took care of that with ease. Professional & courteous people who make a great product and take care of their customers.... can you really ask for more? They’ve earned my loyalty.....I’ll be buying another system for the cottage very soon. Thanks iSpring

I bought this package as used. And received incomplete parts. 1/4 threaded female connector is missing. I'm still happy, all parts remaining is in good shape. All connectors are very easy to install on my new fridge. I didn't bother to return it because its was discounted price.
