Good swimsuit, but not without (minor) flaws
I bought this swimsuit for my 15 month old son for a week-long beach vacation. After having returned from the vacation, I have some thoughts regarding the swimsuit. 1. The suit fits as expected. My son wears an 18 month size in his clothes and wore the 18 month size in this. That being said, I'd get a larger size if you wanted them to wear it for more than just a little bit. The suit is also more like 3/4 sleeves and shorts. 2. The suit is easy to get in and out of. I had no problems with the zipper (mentioned in other reviews) and there are snaps along the bottom for easy diaper changes, even though I just used the zipper to be honest. The suit also dries ridiculously quickly. It would be mostly dry before getting back to the house from the beach. 3. The quality of the suit is okay. I got the print with the whale on it and after what I would consider minor wear, the whale design is starting to peel up. However, without it, the suit will still be cute, but if this bothers you, maybe get one of the striped ones. One of my few complaints. 4. I also can't get the sunscreen stains out of the darker sleeves. It is impossible to put sunscreen on a wiggly toddler without getting it everywhere. The sunscreen stains are still there after the suit being washed. I don't know if this problem is specific to this suit or if it is more a factor of the swimsuit material common to all suits. 5. I didn't have any problems with color fade and the suit has been to the beach multiple times and been washed twice. 6. The SPF portion of the suit I had no complaints with. Overall, a good, not great, suit that will serve you well for a season. *note* the picture of the peeling design looks like the color has faded - that is just the light and in person, is the same blue as in the beach picture.

Comfortable suit that protects my child from the sun!
This is the second iPlay suit that I've gotten for my little girl. She swam in her first one all last summer, going to the pool two and three times a week, and I was very pleased with the way it protected her from the sun. I put a sun hat on her at all times, and we never had a single sunburn, even though most days I only put sunscreen on her nose. My toddler is 23 months, about 30 lbs, and average height. The 24 month size that I just ordered is a little big, which is perfect--hopefully it will last all summer. The sleeves come down to her elbows, and the legs go past her knees. The zipper and the snaps means that it's super easy to take off, whether wet or dry. I plan to keep buying these suits as long as there's a size big enough for my daughter.

Love this suit - has snaps on bottom to access diaper area quickly
We love this suit, it is bright, fits well and has snaps on the bottom to access the diaper area. I bought a few suits from Amazon to try on my daughter. They generally all fit the same, however this suit had one major advantage, snaps on the bottom. At first I wasn't sure how important this was - however, I quickly realized it is critical. When we take our daughter to the pool, we have to switch her into a swim diaper (which holds solids but does not absorb liquid). Since the swim diaper does not hold liquid, we have to wait until we get to the pool to put her in it. If there were no snaps on the bottom, we would have to keep her in regular clothes and then do a full change in the car at the pool (or in a bathroom). Also, after getting out of the pool, the snaps make it much easier to get the wet suit off of her and be able to change her diaper and put clothes on before heading home. One minor wish - I wish the zipper had a little cover or something, I worry that it will flip up and scratch or poke our daughter in the neck. Otherwise, this suit is worth the price!

Deteriorating in the wash
Wore to the beach in Florida and it was great! Kept my little one from get sun burnt. However after only washing twice (machine wash cold, as the tag says) the seahorse design is pealing off! I’m a little disappointed that it is wearing out so quickly

great coverage
I have this suit two years in a row in different patterns. I love that there are the snaps on legs/crotch for easy diaper changes. This suit also makes applying sunscreen a breeze since so much of my little one's body is already covered with the suit. I found that both suits I ordered ran a little large so consider sizing down one size or even 2 sizes if your little one is thin. My LO wears size 2-3T in clothes and can still wear her 6-12 months suit quite comfortably. I ordered 24 months for this year and she has plenty of room to grow.

Love this so much!
Can't explain how much I loved this item for our beach trip. Put it on my son and lathered sunscreen on his arms and legs and face and we were ready to go. He is a bigger boy with thick legs and he hates pulling up swim diapers snd trunks so having this loose outfit for him was a blessing. We also had a regular rash guard and truck outfit and shirt kept riding up and trunks didn't give him much movement as he is 18 months old but has only been walking a few months. He is 33 inches and 31 lbs. Wears a 2t. And I got him the XL 24 months and it was BIG. Really good length for sun protection and comfortable for movement. I'm glad I trusted other reviews and didn't get the bigger size because it really would have been like long pants. Also he just looked sooo cute in it. I feel bad for him that he couldn't be a half naked wild a free child but he is so pale and this was such a sun filled vacation that I wanted him protected. This wasn't so bad because it didn't stick to him or he didn't have to struggle with it.

Nice fabric
Good suit. Comfortable fabric. Bought 12 - 18 months size for 14 month old. Enormous, but covered most of her arms and legs from the sun.
