Really cool and my kids love it.

My kids love this, especially the "really loud" part! It's bold and eye catching. I read some of the other reviews before ordering, but had no trouble affixing it to a clean wall. I cut it in half to make it easier and followed the instructions to the letter. My advice would be to measure carefully and use a level. I put a few pencil marks along the top line for the top half, then used masking tape to roughly hang it up before removing any backing to make sure it looks right and was level. I then used masking tape to down the middle to bisect it, peeled the wall side paper away and cut it down the middle with scissors while holding the exposed adhesive side back carefully so it didn't stick to itself. I then applied it to the wall working from the center to the edges - first one half and then the other (then repeat for bottom half). Use a credit card or small ruler to scrape out any air bubbles and really press it to the wall before removing the top paper. You'll be fine as long as you keep in mind that the END product (what you see in the photo) is individual letter decals stuck to the wall, not a clear sticker with the letters printed on. What arrives in the tube is like a large sticker that peels off on both sides, but it's really just the arranged letters sandwiched between the outer layers, The first stage (above) is to peel off the wall side and apply, leaving the design on the wall covered by a translucent paper cover that you then slowly and very carefully peel away to leave the letters in place, making sure to stop, back up a little, and press down any letters that start to peel away with the top sheet so they don't rip. The whole thing took half an hour with no distractions and it looks great.

I absolutely love it!

I had read reviews that it was hard to place the words, but I was up for the challenge. I bought several decal phrases and this was the first one I put on my wall. It was fairly easy! Once you find the a place to put it, here is the trick: (1) For starters I used a 5 foot level to draw a light straight line on my wall with a pencil. The line has to be wider then the roll so that you can set the first row of letters just right above the line. (2) Peel the back of the roll slowly only one line at a time, making sure that your letters stay stuck on the main (front) paper. (3) Place the paper on wall and with your nail or a credit card go over the letters, so that they stick to the wall and gently peel the front paper. The letters should now be on your wall. ** For the rest of the process it will be like peeling a banana slowly. (4) Now peel off the back of the second row of letters, again making sure the letters stay stuck to the front paper. (5) Place words on the wall and go over them, then peel the front paper off. (6) Repeat process until all the words are on the wall. The end result will look great, if you follow these easy steps. I hope this helps and YES I recommend this product. I absolutely love it!

Perfect

I just remodeled my entire bathroom and I wanted just one more thing to make it stand out. I have this one smaller wall behind my toilet that I painted a darker color than the rest of the bathroom. I made it my accent wall. The quote fit perfectly in the little spot and it's the first thing you notice when you walk in. It was a little difficult to put up by yourself, but I was able to do it and it looks great. It just takes time and patience. Just a quick tip for anyone who has painted recently: the instructions suggest waiting at least two weeks until after you have painted. I didn't really understand why and I put it up anyway. It sticks fine and it looks great. There's no issues with it. However, if you just recently painted and you are putting this up and part of it sticks and you have to go back over it, it will pull some paint off and the paint sticks to the letters. This could cause the letters to not stick as well. Luckily mine was fine, but I'm just giving others a heads up.

I love what it says and how it turned out

I love what it says and how it turned out. There was no packaging defects. The only downfall to the stencil was separating the words from the back part (the non sticky part). It was a four-man job...one kid slowly pulling the non sticky part while the other kid slowly pulling the sticky part with the words and my husband and I pressing any loose letters back onto the sticky part. This took about ten minutes to do. After that it was easy breezy. My husband taped it to the wall and used a hard plastic credit card to smooth it all out and rubbed into the letters with his fingers to be sure it stuck to the wall. This part took about ten minutes too. No blow dryer was needed. Hope this helps. It’s worth the time and money.

Used On Sliding Glass Door

Great product for what I was needing! I have a sliding glass door separating my main home from a sun room addition. My son and father have both unintentionally walked right into the door when it was closed. I was looking for something that wasn't a childish or colorful plastic window sticker but something more simple that still had appeal and did its purpose. This product is great for the purpose. It gives the door some depth so people know when it is close, yet still lets light in. It also adds a conversation starter when its open or closed without being to flashy. It stuck great onto the window. There were a few letters that had air bubbles, I had to take off and then press back on. This product is not meant for more then one use, so pealing and placing back on the window did stretch the letters a bit.

Love it!

I love this addition to our home! We had an empty wall and we had no idea what to add to it... &THIS WORKS PERFECTLY! The application is easiest if you do not alter the design. My husband and I decided to switch it up a bit and alter the spacing by cutting the words separately before adhering them to the wall. That definitely took more time and precision, but it’s worth it :)
