Paper's thin, a tad smaller than expected

This isn’t as giant as I was expecting, but it’s large enough so I can just barely read the names of the places on the map. This paper is rather thin, I was expecting it to be thicker. The way the map was folded had creased it pretty badly on the bottom, and in those places it’s not strong enough to stick to the wall. It’s easy to put up, just peel and stick. When you remove it, it’s like it was never there. It comes with a dry erase marker that works well enough. I don’t love this, it should be a bit bigger and the paper a bit thicker.

Absolutely perfect!

When this first arrived, it was folded into a little flat roll and I was really worried that the folds were going to still show up once I got it applied to our wall, but I needn't have worried because we were able to use a book to flatten out the wrinkles carefully as we applied it to the wall, and the end result is perfect with zero fold visible on our map. We have been doing a snack subscription box from different parts of the world so that every month we are learning about and snacking from a different region. This map was very necessary because my kids keep asking where this place is, and where is this in relation to that, and it's great for us to have a map that they can just refer to themselves, rather than having to open up their Atlas. The dry erase feature does work well, though we are not personally using it. It's attractive and a reasonable size to where we can read it, but it is not visually taking over our entire living room. Overall I'm thrilled with the brightness, ease of application, and detail level of this map.

Some countries are tiny. Made in the USA

This peel-and-stick. . . .dry-erase map measures 24” X 17.5”. Because of the size; many countries are very small / tiny. So if you’re looking for something you’ll be able to easily read. . . .this is probably not the make you’re looking for. I wish it were at least twice the size. I really like the fact that this item is Made in the USA! If you don’t already have one. . . You might want a “Flexible Smoothing Tool” to make it easier to mount, without bubbles.
