Great smelling candle
I love the smell but one of the candles came with its metal container beaten up. Is fine for my use, but would never give as a gift. Must give other one which arrived perfectly

Love the scent!
This candle has quickly become a favorite of our household, not only for the holidays, but in general! The scent is like a breath of forest fresh air in the winter, and it's easily detectable when you walk into the room, but doesn't overpower. Because of that we probably burn this candle for far longer stretches than we do other scents. So it seems to burn more quickly, but that's just because we keep it lit! :) I love that it comes in various sizes, too, which makes it perfect for gifting to someone who might not love or want a candle, but then they get hooked too, once they smell it.

Strong Scent
I bought this because I wanted a candle that would smell like a real wood fire, so I could burn it while we use the gas fireplace, to make it seem more realistic. It definitely has a realistic scent. As with a real fireplace, I could still smell a bit of it the next day.

Lovely, but tunnels.
I've purchased many Illume candles over the years and this one, while beautiful and delightfully scented, is a bit of a disappointment. The flame is ridiculously high on a short wick and it tunnels with impressive speed. I've tried putting it inside of a tall hurricane to slow it down, but it's still not cooperating.

Scent doesn't travel well
1. Winter White is an exquisite scent. 2. No matter how long I burn the candle I only smell it when I'm near it. 3. If you want it to fill up a room, get the oil diffuser version, which actually smells exactly like the candle. 4. The outside/candle cap is so pretty, the inside is so ugly. Has this weird purplish tinge to it. I'm very particular about my home decor, so that bothers me. Should have gone with just the gold vase looking version of these candles.

Aromatic Bonfire Smelling Candle
I really love these candles, dispite the mishap with the shipping, as well as the price tag when they aren't on special! I don't have a fireplace or woodstove, but these candles smell just like as if you did! The only complaint that I do have, is that I ordered two of them, and when I opened up my order, one candle was completely fine, but the other candle was totally smashed, as you can see from my pictures. I don't understand how that was possible if they were both packed into the same shipping box?! Anyway, considering that they were on special for $18 each, instead of $38 dollars each, I think I'm going to keep both of them, and when one of the candles has burned all the way down, I am just going to remove the candle from the broken candle holder and put it into the candle holder of the other one. I get allot of joy out of smelling this scent in my home! I hope you enjoy it too!

Smaller than expected
It is tiny. I bit bigger than a votive. The smell is nothing like advertised. Not worth the price.
