Great update for sink

Well made and attractive. Great answer for covering up tired and chipped sink drains and disposer drains. Fit perfect and stay in place but simple to remove and clean. Does not cause sink to back up or slow drain. Mesh is great for catching all but the smallest item from getting down the drain. Wish I had found these years ago. Makes my sink look so very much better.

Bummed

The goal was to have this suction to our stainless steel sink at a normal height. Since it doesn’t suction well it sits at the bottom of our sink. Bummed. But it matches our kitchen.

Highly recommend

These have saved my disposal from excessive use. And I imagine my draining pipes won't clog up as much. We were having the lines snaked once a year. These drains match my decor. They seem to stay put and don't shift off the drain hole. They let water pass pretty easily--only clogs when there's a lot of food in them- which is their whole purpose. My step-mom has a corner fitting strainer--but that seemed difficult to aim for all the time. This drain just sits in the sink and you empty it when full of food- no aiming necessary. They are holding up to scrubbing and heavy use and haven't scratched or chipped. Highly recommend these.

Great Sink Strainer/Drain Cover!

This is a really nice sink strainer! It's hard plastic on top, where it rests against the drain, while the under part that strains debris is a softer, flexible, rubbery material. It fits on top of our sink drain perfectly, doing a great job of keeping food and other debris from going down the drain. Note that it's not a stopper---it won't plug your drain so you can fill the sink with water. It has holes in the bottom to let water pass through, while trapping debris, so it won't clog your sink. I use it when I wash my hair at the kitchen sink, to keep my hair from clogging the drain. It works great for that, as well as for its regular purpose of catching food debris. I especially like that it's oil-rubbed bronze in color, which means it matches the faucet and other hardware of our kitchen. So far, it's done a great job. Our previous sink strainer got chipped and discolored after about a year of use. I hope this one lasts longer, but only time will tell. Meanwhile, I have no complaints. Five stars and recommended to anyone who needs an oil-rubbed bronze sink strainer/drain cover.

Great looking and well made

This is a little strainer. The only thing for me is that it actually didn't fit our sink. It was just a little too small. I still gave it a 5 as I think it is the size of the whole in the sink that was the issue not the strainer.

Great Sink Drain with Only One Suggestion

The color is great, the materials are sturdy, and it seems this will last a long time. The only minor negative is that the ring around the outside is a little too thick. A little water pools around the outer ring and sits in the sink. Also, some of the debris that is in the sink will sit in this pool of water. It's really not a big deal but that would be my only suggestion...make the outer ring thinner so all of the water will run over the top. I recommend this product and would buy it again if the opportunity arises.
