Does the job, no leaks.
I ship body butters year round, and use these in the spring and fall to keep my products intact. Even with my [articular insulation method, this size won't stay frozen in the summer. I use the 8oz in the summer. But these are a very convenient size for extra peace of mind in the 70 degree seasons. They don't add enough weight to bump me up to Priority Mail. I've gone through a case of these (100ish) and had no leaks or defects.

Sturdy reusable ice packs are great for keeping your stuff cold!
These little ICE-BRIX are great things to have! I use these regularly for my business to keep product cold while I transport it to customers, instead of ice at the farmer's market, I even give them out with certain purchases to keep customers' items cold. They are inexpensive enough to give away and sturdy enough to hold up over and over and over again. I was skeptical of the little plastic bags that they are in, but I have yet to have one burst on me and we've put ours through a good bit of punishment. I also really like that these are reusable instead of purchasing and dumping and wasting bags of water (ice) over and over and over again. If you're looking for small, convenient, reusable ways to package cold food - ICE BRIX are it!

3rd time purchasing these ice packs! Absolutely love the value for your buck! We use these for packaging up our vegan chocolate bars that we ship around the US. We’ve had chocolate bars ship to Arizona in the summer at left in 112 degree weather and not have our chocolate bars melt. These guys work great. I also use them in my bag for my breastmilk to keep it cold when traveling.

Works as intended.
These worked out perfectly for my shipping needs. They are exact dupe to another brand. I tested it with the other brand to see how long it would last and they are about the same. The only con I can think of the product would be the smell. IT DOES not smell when it's just one or anything but when you first receive the box and open it has a weird smell so take that into note for those who have a sensitive nose.

works for about a day
They don't last very long, in an insulated box that is shipping, they last about 24 hours, if properly insulated that won't be a problem since the insulation will hold the cold in. If you are shipping using a method that takes 2-3 days they will not last that long so insulate your box well.

Great for shipping heat sensitive items
I’ve been using these for 2 years now to ship solid bubble bath bars, wax melts, whipped soaps and scrubs etc all over the US from Alabama. These not only work great and have left all my customers satisfied but they are also great because they don’t really sweat. I always wrap mine in a paper towel for good measure and have never had an issue

I know, I know, the measurements are right there, but sometimes when you see things in person you're still surprised. Such is the case with these. They melt pretty fast too. I tested it out by freezing one then putting it in a box on my dining room table in my air conditioned home and it melted within an hour. I bought these to ship candles in warmer weather but I don't think they'd even keep my lunch cold for a few hours. Not sure if the larger ones melt slower. They arrived quickly though so there's that.

We use these to ship heat-sensitive cosmetics.
Be mindful of the measurements. I usually get the larger size and accidentally got this size. They do the job, but I generally have to use 2 of these where I would have just use 1 of the larger size in my shipments.
