This worked great while riding my Harley. Worked so well I bought a second one. I'd recommend it to anyone needing to be cooled down

Sound theroy but lost the edge in the application. Better money spent on other designs

In theory it sounds good but when applied to a real world application, it falls short. 1) [Added weight] What they don't tell you is that when wet, the vest gains 5-10 lbs. of water weight minimum-Remember without water evaporative cooling does not work; 2) [Requires wind source above 10 mph] The other part of the cooling equation is air flow; therefore unless you are on a motorcycle or bicycle going over 10 mph, then all you are wearing is a soggy wet vest-I do not suggest using it for mowing the lawn or garden work. 3) [Humidity] This we can not control, but understand in the Mohave desert this works but anyplace with more than 50% humidity the cooling effect is lost. Hence why New Mexico uses evap cooling but Houston Texas does not. 4) [Leaking] Like the other posts, any product that runs down your back due to excess water and soaks your pants and butt, seems useless if you want to ride you bike somewhere and when you get there you look like a drenched dog; not too appealing, even for a dual sport bike rider. Your money is better spent on the vests that use frozen gels as they will keep you cooler, longer.

Works Well

I bought this to help me when I ride my Spyder and it is hot out. This works really well. Keeps my body cool . Yes you do get wet, but if riding when it is hot out, you do dry fast.

This product markets it self as means of cooling down your core body temperature for hours, after simply soaking it in a bowl of water or running under the tap in the bathroom. In reality, this product works for about 30 minutes
