Exceptionally well made
These fractional weights are exceptionally well made. They have none of the chips or gouges that you see on more cheaply made plates. The different paint colors allow you to quickly identify weights and match them, and the paint finish is first class. Just remember that these plates have two inch center holes, and you will need adapters to use them with one inch dumbbells or barbells.

These are great for training my girlfriend or Most woman who can only increase by small increments. It slowly builds their strength without defeating the ego.

Invisible weights
My friends and I like to call these tiny plates “invisible” because if you’re hitting a PR or trying to build up slowly, you don’t even notice these. They slide on perfectly to the bar and the colors make it more fun.
