Like it very much. Easy-to-use an you get to put your own chimes to the door bell. Just wish it was a little louder. But the replacement doorbells are ????.

Great Wireless Door Bell Button

Love the programming of different identifiable tones for multiple buttons. here's why: Front Door gets the wood block chimes from the default sound menu. The button by the bathtub that's quite a distance from the living room: I push that button to get my mate's attention for bath takeover without having to yell or expect a vocal response. I imported Deep Purple's "Smoke on the Water" so I can hear the first two reps of the guitar intro. 15 seconds max inthe system. Cool setup with the Honeywell 9 series! Blows away a traditional bell because you can run the chime off batteries for power failure functionality and if your go to the backyard you can bring it and not miss the door bell!

Bracket not reliable

I loved that this was a wireless doorbell, but as of today (12/15/22) two replacement bells have been needed to be purchased since February of 2021 because the brackets keep breaking. Unfortunately honeywell does not sell a replacement bracket. So instead of being out 2 to 5 bucks, you are forced to purchase a new bell for 13 to 15 bucks. I would suggest seeking a different manufacturer that offers replacement brackets as they tend to break easily.

Had Broken Parts upon Opening the Package

I ordered 2 wireless Push Buttons [RPWL400W], which arrived yesterday. Upon opening 1 of the product's package, 2 small pieces fell out of the package. It turned out to be parts of the doorbell's wall attachment which keeps the front [the doorbell itself) attached to the wall. Thus, we could not use the doorbell because it would fall off the wall because the tiny latches that keeps it attached were broken. This may have happened before or while it was being packed to be sent out. Anyway, I'm trying to reach out to Honeywell via their company's customer suport chat to request for a replacement. We'll see what happens... I'll add an update after I communicate with them. I love Honeywell's high quality products, & hope this can be resolved. And yes, Honeywell is legally a part of my legal 1st name. My dad was 1 of the company's pioneer employees when I was born, & he loves Honeywell, his former employer, that he named me after the company.

One at each entrance

These simple to install doorbells let you have one at each entrance. Our system lets me change the music per entry. I automatically know which entry to go too

Glad I didn't have to replace the whole system.

When I needed to replace this part of my doorbell I found that I didn't have to buy the whole package again. I could purchase it separately. So grateful that I could save money after I messed it up

Check the radio requency of Honeywell Home items

I previously bought a Honeywell Home 917 doorbell in the UK - the one delivered works on 868MHz. It really is loud and clear, just what a slightly deaf person needs. I bought this button as a second button for a different door - the one delivered works on 915Mhz, and so doesn't work at all with the 917 doorbell I have. Amazon mentions radio frequency on some Honeywell Home products but not others. Amazon's 'Buy It With' suggestion implied they worked together, but they don't.

Easy to install and use Not great in cold weather.

Works well, easy to mount offers different ringtones for different doors. Purchased this to replace an older model, used for about 3 months so far and quote happy. Update: In cold weather the button sticks and does not always work, guests end up knocking on the door because they can't get the doorbell to work.

Very happy with this purchase!

This button is exactly the same as the one that came with my doorbell. The setup was a breeze and now I can have a doorbell button at the front and back of my house without having to purchase a whole new system. I also like that these doorbell buttons give you feedback through an illuminated ring once pushed.
