gets the job done

I needed more shelf space in my bathroom. This thing isn't going to win any awards in Better Homes and Gardens, but it looks good enough in an austere, functional sort of way. It assembled easily enough, and I was surprised to find something this inexpensive machined so accurately. All the threaded parts were buttery smooth and required no effort to put them where they needed to be. Even though it was inexpensive, I have to knock off a star because it is a bit wobbly. I don't mind that it's light, but if needs to be stiffer. It's strong enough to get the job done, and I'd still buy it again. It's a good value.

Pretty straight forward.

At first I was overwhelmed by the putting together part of it all, as the instructions aren’t exactly for dummies. I kind of just looked at the picture and made it happen, didn’t take too long to put together and opens up SO much storage space. Really great price, and arrived only 3 hours after I purchased it. That sounds like 5 stars to me.

Does the job in my daughter's dorm room!

Bought this for my daughter to put behind/above the mini fridge in her dorm room. It was pretty easy to assemble. It's not the sturdiest piece of furniture, but it works. She's in her 2nd year of using it, so we're overall happy with the purchase.

Wobbly no matter what

Looks as it does in the picture and saves space which is great, but as other reviews say it is still wobbly no matter how much you tighten any part which is annoying given the price

Too Deep

This a nice shelf for the price with two exceptions. The shelves come out almost 4 inches past the toilet tank, meaning you will no longer be able to sit up straight. If you try, the bottom shelf will catch you at roughly the shoulder blades. I'm pretty sure my toilet tank is of average size. So it may be is that if your own personal stool sits roughly 4 inches away from the wall, or is deeper than average, you'll be fine. Otherwise... you've been warned. Also, the instructions skip a very important step. During Step 1, it's important to get the thing in position behind the stool prior to screwing in the back bar. The unit cannot be installed with it in place. Just trust me. It will save you a lot of bad words down the line. Put the sides together and attach the long bar, then finagle the bar behind the stool, finally attach the bar to the second side. Depending on location, you might want to finally pull out that little, stubby screwdriver that never gets used, because screwing the rest of the unit together up against the wall gets awkward. Yer welcome.

Versatile, if you think outside the bath

I have 9 of these already, and am ordering #10. None of mine are for a bathroom, however, so I haven't needed to deal with toilet seats or plumbing. Six units are inside for seed starting. A 1020-size heat mat for seedlings fits perfectly on a shelf; I don't have to bend down to tend seed trays; and larger supplies like potting mix or taller plants overwintering inside tuck in nicely in the space underneath the lowest shelf. One unit is outside on a covered patio to hold plastic pots, row covers, and trays of seedlings being hardened off in spring. (#10 is also destined for this function.) Two units are in the tackroom of my barn where they fit comfortably over the plastic storage bins I use to hold horse feed. In addition to storing bowls, medications, fly spray, etc, on top of the shelves, I use hooks and carabiner clips to hang extra buckets and tools from the sides. The units ARE lightweight, which is mostly a plus because I tend to move them around a lot, but the trade-off does mean they're a bit on the flimsy side. So far, it's only been an issue for the freestanding unit holding equally lightweight plastic pots and row covers next to an outside door. It's in a tight traffic area where I tend to bump into it occasionally, and when I do it definitely wobbles hard (but hasn't fallen - yet). If I decide to leave it there permanently, I'll certainly be strapping that one to the wall. I've ordered these units one to two at a time over the past couple of years, and none of the 9 units has been marred or missing components. The ones in the unheated, uncooled metal barn are two years old now and do have a couple of spots of rust each. None of the others are rusting. Adjustable shelves would be a nice-to-have, but for my varied purposes, these work just fine for the price (especially when they're on sale!).

Saves you a lot of space

Grab this thing. If you don't have cabinets on you washroom, this is perfect. It's sturdy and holds a lot of product and saves you space

Sturdy and nice looking.

This assembles very quickly as but you do have to be careful getting the right middle poles and not using the top or bottom poles like I did. The directions are not very clear on the difference. However, it came out fine and looks nice. I like the metal unit much better than the "wood", as the tank sweats and the moisture rots the legs/feet. Not with this unit. Very happy with my purchase.

Prefect for above the bathroom

Bought this for extra storage in the bathroom. It fits behind/above my toilet perfectly. Being a single woman I have no problem with the lid staying up, but the seat won’t stay up which could be awkward for a man. It’s also a little wobbly but has stayed out for quite a while. Very happy with this purchase v

Se oxida y no se lo puedes quitar

Se oxida se le das mantenimiento, y se le cae muy pronto el cromo o acabado. tengo articulos en el mismo baño, los cuales tienen el mismo tipo de acabado y no les ocurre eso. nada recomendable.

Muy bonito estante de baño.

Quedé encantada con mi estante. Excelente calidad, super fácil de armar teniendo cuidado con los tubos por letra y cuidando el lado de los agujeros. Le quedó perfecto al espacio que tenia destinado para el estante.
