Messy!

It took way more than 24 hours to seal but once it did it worked great! I got this because it’s thicker & it was my lazy way of leveling the floor. Tiles move immediately after placing them so you’ll have to back track each time you lay a new tile to make sure they’re flush. The adhesive gets EVERYWHERE but it SUPER easy to clean off of floors or walls after it sets. HOWEVER, not so easy to clean off of yourself! This was the first time I’ve ever used adhesive like this. Some pro tips: *DON’T BE LIKE ME! *Wear PANTS NOT shorts *Wear SHOES NOT socks *Wear SLEEVES NOT tank tops *USE GLOVES *Have a very damn rag close to use to wipe up any overflow between tiles. As well as a dry rag. *Don’t wear ANYTHING that you might want to wear again ***For the love of all that is holy, PUT YOUR HAIR UP! NOT IN A PONYTAIL & *DEFINITELY NOT DOWN! Bobby pin every strand into a tight bun & even then, you should probably wear a shower cap…it sets REALLY quickly on skin, hair & clothes…

I bought this to help boost the adhesion of peel and self stick linoleum tiles

The part I did not like was the fact that I was sloppier than I should have been. But the excess glue cleaned off the surface of the tiles with mild soap and a soft brush. I replaced the old tiles I installed 20 years ago, and the adhesion became problematic after about 10 years, and a flood made the situation worse. I cut and installed plywood over the old 80 year old plank flooring (and asbestos linoleum), and brushed the henry paste on with old wall paint brushes. It helped me clean out my old collection of brushes that should have been thrown away years ago, lol. This time around I did a lot of custom cutting, and the Henrys adhesion booster is really keeping all the pieces set in place. I researched it on google and youtube, and went for it. Good decision.

Doesn’t stick and lay down.

The product is easy to use and spread out. After two days of weighted areas on vinyl floor seam, still didn’t stick. Rolled the seam and weight ms placed again. 3 days later. Still not laying flat. Disappointed. Follow the instructions cleaning etc. maybe it will work for your application. My seams neat toilet seal would not lay down.

Should have gotten more for my project in the first place. But this stuff I'd easy to use, doesn't splatter like the other products.

Hated this Product

I hated this product and it did not do much for me. before I purchased it i made sure to read the reviews. as expected, some ppl indicated that they didnt like it because its messy etc. others stated that its has good adhesion but because they werent waiting for it to dry a buit b4 placing down the tile. i did just that n it still was messy. I placed a generous amount on each tile/vinyl, allowed it to dry before placing it down and in the moment it would hold. However when water touches the vinyl n seeps under and this product gets wet, the vinyl slides all over the place causing a mess. IDK if it is that i did someting wrong of it i should have used something after like a grout to spread ovver the vinyl so that water doesnt go under. But as i said the adhesion isnt long lasting. i had to use Pattex for a better hold

Just what I needed to put the finishing touch on some loose tile and wallpaper

For the most part I haven't had any problems with peel and stick tile and wallpaper. Sometime, though, they don't want to stick as they should. I bought this adhesive to help me out, and it works great. It's ready to use as soon as you get it. Really thick adhesive that is easy to apply and does the job in getting the tile and wallpaper to stick properly. Really affordable and something that is easy to store until you need it. Definitely what I needed to put the finishing touch on my home improvement projects.
