Absolute Favorite Foil

LOVE the Heidi Swapp MINC foils. Just a heads up, compared to the Deco Foils, this foil is a LOT thinner. It may be a little more difficult to cut compared to the Deco foils, which are a bit thicker and stiffer. However, because the MINC foils are thinner, they adhere a lot better to finer details in my artwork. I had created cards with delicate and intricate designs. I had used Deco foils on a few of them and MINC foils on the other. The MINC foil adheres to the small details a lot better than the Deco foils. When I lifted off the MINC foil, the finer details were more defined. Also, after a couple of days, the Deco foiled cards seemed to flake off onto my hands. I haven't seen the MINC foils doing that yet. All in All, Highly Recommend this brand of foil!

The plastic sticker that keeps the sheets together while packaged ...

The plastic sticker that keeps the sheets together while packaged was a pain to get off. Try to scratch off the sticker resulted in several layers to get messed up. Lesson learned- be careful when peeling away all the stickers before first use and just cut away if needed. The sticker seemed to be stuck on ther sheet with a semipermanent adhesive and i was not able to peel it up. I ended up just tearing it off- the foil with it.

Dirty packaging

Foil works great but the packaging is covered in some weird sticky dirt material.

Minc Foil is Awesome!

I love Heidi swap products. The foils are beautifully coloured. You won't find anything better for a smooth full application. Even beginners can create gorgeous foiled crafts.
